Program analyst with a background in technical writing and project management support. In my time as a Federal Government contractor, I worked with subject matter experts in documenting and managing technical services including the delivery of network and communication services to external customers. I have also worked hand in hand with all sides of contract management in the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and proposal responses. These efforts were directly alongside Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Program Managers (PMs), Project Control Officers (PCOs), Project Officers (POs), and other high-ranking contract leadership.
