Building new boards for smart entities such as private equities; and helping to sustain, innovative companies and communities, have now been my teams' effort, a journey that has begun nearly 35 years ago. Our work has been fun and simple: to help leaders, institutions, MNCs, and enduring families solve complex legacy challenges by first helping them to recognize change and agreeing a process for transformation. Next, we co-create a sound foundation for change and begin to change the many games they play, including setting up new governance architecture.
