12. CPU: Reliability you can trust Availability GENIE is available on-line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Development Standards: Systems designed to best web development practices in order to mitigate, e.g. SQL injection hacks and cross-site scripting. Software and systems development to the highest standards and released to separate off-line systems for testing before release to the live environment. Security Backups are made between all servers nightly. A tape backup is sent offsite to the Solutions Factory (in Wales) once per week, stored in a fire resistant safe. The platform has been subject to independent penetration testing. Resilience GENIE is hosted on 3 resilient servers all of which can operate independently if the others fail.
