2. Relevant practical experience :
I also have extensive knowledge of online and offline networking, modern sales lead generation
methods , marketing & advertising , including Twitter , linkedin, Facebook, Instagram ,
Pinterest .
I co set –up and ran networking events in conjunction with Mallow Open Coffee Club Ireland of
which I am the co-founder of the local branch in Mallow which was launched to the media
successfully in June 09. This was taken over by the Hibernian Hotel Mallow Marketing manager
in early 2013.
I own successful Blogs which I Write , Edit and research with readers in excess of 8,000.
I also run successful Social Media campaigns for businesses and frequently advise businesses of
the best use of their Social Media efforts.
I am also proficient in Photoshop for use in advertising or presentation on Websites or in printed
material.
I have good presentational skills and in the past have presented to Cavan Monaghan Rural
Development and to Local Business Networks and Enterprise Boards. Theme of presentation was
the use of discounts and deals in promoting tourism products at home and abroad.
I can write Press Releases and have also featured on Radio Interviews , One I am proud of was a
guest with George Hook on Newstalk . Speaking about the use of promotions and discounts in
the tourism industry.

I was hired as Operations Manager to this new venture and I Was
responsible for the day to day operations , up keep and maintenance of the
properties and worked closely with both Mr Cavanagh and Mr Flatley.
