tropical climates. The idea that you can buy bamboo in America
would shock the average person.
BAM BAM will leverage that sense of surprise by placing Alabama
bamboo where people would least expect it: in the concrete jungle
of New York City. This teaser awareness campaign will direct curious
onlookers to a “black box” pop-up shop featuring the incredible
design possibilities of this renewable, local resource.
This campaign taps into the “buy local” movement with the most
unlikely of candidates, building a sustainable brand that reminds
consumers that American bamboo should never feel out of place.
Not so out of place.
