Responsibilities
• Prepare all Drilling, completions and work over tools to be used
• Organize Drilling crews ensuring they give their optimum output.
• Take accurate measurement of all tools and tubular before RIH.
• Supervise rig floor operations. Assist in all cement jobs and total fluids control.
• Participate in the pre-spud meetings on the Rig
• Timely address any issue that can lead to downtime such as mud pump failure, BOP downtime.

2. • Prepare kill sheet for every 500ft drilled, Trend sheet while drilling.
• Prepare Trip sheet during RIH and POOH.
• Supervise ongoing projects on the rig.
• Prepare daily work plans for the crews.
• Prepare IADC report and track Ton Miles.

• Track rig maintenance through RMS
