PROCEDURE
Wash and soak urad dal, foxtail millet,
little millet, fenugreek seeds for 4-6
hours
Drain all the water and grind it to a
coarse paste

PROCEDURE
Soak the foxtail millet for 6-8 hours and boil
it for 5-8 minutes in a low flame
Add the jaggery and mix it well
Add milk and boil it for 3 minutes
Add the cinnamon powder and cardamom
powder
