This letter is my personal recommendation for Gloria Ficke. I have been Gloria's
immediate manager from August 2010 to Sept 9,2011.
I hired Gloria as the Director of Sales Administrative Assistant/Area Sales Manager
Assistant in the Business Development office. She has met every challenge and
expectation that has been presented to her. Not only accepting and performing in the
position but accepting the culture that UPSers share.
Gloria's responsibilities were to manage specific sales programs for the Director, Area
Sales Managers and Account Executives along with supplying tracking repofts to those
groups. She also prepared region data for the department managers and the Director of
Business Development for weekly reviews. She consistently met her obligations timely
with her information. Gloria assumed a leadership role with the sales team to explore
ways to streamline our internal processes and look for ways to improve efficiency.
Gloria is a tremendous asset to our department in addition to UPS as a company. She has
proven herself in many ways and has the respect of her department management team.
I highly recommend Gloria for employment. She is a team player, leader and would make
a great partner for any organization. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter and I
