2. 3. Describe the outcome of the local project (results created in the group)
We were focusing on the needs of youth workers who showed interest in working with video as a tool.
During the preparation time we have clarified what are the skills that the participants of the workshops
would like to learn or practice.
We consider this approach to be efficient in the way that the knowledge about creating media is directly
delivered to the youngsters by youth workers in their daily work.
The participants of the workshops were actively involved and have started planning activities and games
that will be used in the groups they work with.
4. Describe the difficulties you faced and the good practices that can be used when working
with groups of young people
Working in groups using video/media as a tool requires

as well as possibility to create something by themselves and share with the others.
