Leadership Training With Measureable Results
1. Leadership Training With Measureable
Results
Are you stuck and looking for leadership training with measurable results?
Have you read books, been motivated, and still are unable to produce what you want for
yourself or others?
In 1975 I took a leadership training class in Honolulu, Hawaii based on my trust in a
West Point classmate. I remember sitting in the conference room on the top floor of The
Travel Lodge hotel in Waikiki wondering "why could I be successful in some areas of my
life and not in other areas"? Do you want more out of life? Have you allowed yourself to
want more or does that hurt too much to do even that?
Tens of thousands of people from widely varied cultures and personalities and income
levels have gone through our leadership training and produced significant measurable
change in areas such as
• Increased income
• Better relationships
• Lost weight and better health
• Finding their purpose
Have you wondered why most public workshops don't track results? Why doesn't most
leadership training work? Because most workshops are information to the conscious
mind and most of our behavior is made by beliefs in the sub conscious mind.
Motivation is great. It has its time and place, but it always wears off.
How to's are good, but we all know how to lose weight and not everyone does. We know
how to be honest or take risks and that doesn't mean we do. Don't you have things you
know to do and aren't? I have been told by some of the people doing the infomercials on
how to make money in real estate or the stock market that 95% of those attending never
do a deal. In fact, my first leadership training book which has sold over 100,000 copies
was titled "If How To's Were Enough We Would All Be Skinny Rich and Happy".
The amazing fact is that most of our behavior is driven by beliefs in our sub-conscious
mind. Imagine you had on a pair of dark green sunglasses. You may want to see a piece
of white paper, but you can't. No matter how hard you try you need a revelation- a hole
poked through the sunglasses to see the paper as white. The sunglasses prevent you from
seeing solutions all around you to what you want.
Effective leadership training goes beyond information and motivation through an
experiential environment to assist a person in poking holes through their own sunglasses.
2. No one can do it for you and someone pointing them out to you does no good. It is a
discovery process. In our seminars you will explore your sunglasses around the ten key
character traits of what we call a Compassionate Samurai: Abundance, Commitment,
Focus, Contribution, Honesty, Trust, Honor, Personal Responsibility, Courage, and
Knowledge so that you can produce bigger results for yourself and others.
Yes you may have done other seminars. Maybe they have even been experiential
transformational in nature. But they have gotten you to where you ARE not to where you
want to GO. That's why Klemmer & Associates is a great next step.
Your leadership training journey with Klemmer & Associates begins with a weekend
seminar called Personal Mastery. If a friend has shared their Personal Mastery
Experience with you and you already know you want to attend, you may register for

5. OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We will produce leaders in your company who will create a large amount of change in a
short period of time.
You want results NOW! Whether it is increasing sales, shortening project timeline,
reducing expenses, or reducing turnover. You know what needs to happen but your team
just won't do it. You ask them to be bold, but they play it safe. They want to be part of a
team, but they will not trust each other. You tried motivation and it didn't last. And, the
fact is, "If how-to's were enough, we would all be skinny, rich and happy!"
What's missing?
Find What's Missing!
The problem is that 99% of the time people make decisions according to their
fundamental beliefs, not on what they know they should do or what someone has told
them to do.

There are two types of training that organizations typically use to create new results and
neither work to create any substantial sustained change. The first is motivational and the
other is hard skills training or what we call "HOW-TO'S" Motivational exercises are
great for the conference setting but you have to go into it knowing that it is not enough to
solve the problem. How-to training is necessary because people need to know how, but
falls short because people do not do what they are told (or even what is good for them).
Training is important, but knowing how is not enough to create significant, long lasting
change.
In Peter Senge's classic organizational development book, "The Fifth Discipline", the
message is that organizations work the way they do, ultimately, because of how we think
and how we interface. Only by changing how we think can we change deeply imbedded
policies and practices. Anything less will fall short of the changes required.
Klemmer and Associates Workshops give people a place to discover, evaluate and
change belief systems so they can create the results and success they say they want.

Advanced Leadership Seminar - Breakthrough: A breakthrough experience in living the
Leadership needed for a successful life. Students will experience life from the ten
attributes of a Compassionate warrior at an extraordinary level. They will bring Courage,
Honor, Focus, Personal Responsibility, Commitment, Trust, Contribution, Honesty,
Knowledge, and Abundance into their jobs.
In a recent survey of Employees at Christie Clinic who attended the Advanced
Leadership seminar, 100% recommended that other employees attend.
Coaching for Results - Living it: A 90 day intensive program of homework, and weekly
coaching, in establishing the above ten habits and practices in daily life. This supports

Your investment in leadership speaker Brian Klemmer pays off by making it easier for
your conference attendees to reach the next level in their business, deal with change, and

Arbonne, Tahitian Noni International, Nature’s Sunshine, and Nikken.

Rich and Happy, which discusses many of the key principles that are the core of his
results-producing presentations. His most recent book, The Compassionate Samurai
outlines the ten traits of a samurai and was recently a #1 business book in Wall Street
Journal, and Business Week magazine.
Leadership speaker Brian Klemmer is more than just a motivational speaker who gets an
audience on a temporary high. The key to his effectiveness is the interactive nature of his
presentation. His long standing results are the product of the unforgettable new ways
people get to see themselves, their business, and life itself.
Keynote Presentations
The Secret Success Formula of Champions
In the direct sales world most training is how to, i.e. how to prospect or how to close. In
this highly interactive presentation, leadership speaker Brian Klemmer will teach the
audience to explore a formula where the clarity and intensity of their commitment makes
almost any mechanism work. Attendees will learn how to use that commitment to create
the specific solutions for achieving any goal and solving any problem.
Key issues covered:
• Learn what distinguishes the top income earners from those who are simply good
performers
• Discover the only key you will ever need for dramatic results
• Master problem solving and learn how to cultivate leaders and increase
prospecting
8. • Learn the proven formula for reducing the number of meeting and making them
more effective
• Drive productivity instead of activity for bottom line results
• Increase scope of goals and dreams
Leadership speaker Brian Klemmer provides participants with a specific formula for
solving problems when they have no idea what to do. The formula, called Intention +
Mechanism = Results will show participants how they can use this to solve any problem
and reach any goal.
Value to attendees:
There is a huge difference between goal setting and goal achieving. This formula is about
achieving goals and ensures that action will be taken. Participants will immediately move
into action steps and will learn specific ways to access creativity.
The Four Thinkers
Leadership speaker Brian Klemmer knows that in the pursuit of performance people run
into the triple threat of becoming overwhelmed, confused, and complacent. This
presentation will provide an emotional and visual anchor to assist participants in being
solution oriented no matter what obstacles they face, how many different things are
thrown at them at once, and no matter how enticing the comfort of their current success
is.
Key issues covered:
• Ignite a fire under veterans that have become complacent
• Enables individuals to be focused on achieving their goals
• Dramatically increase capacity for focus on solutions instead of problems
• Cut procrastination in half by increasing focus and reducing confusion
• Turn confusion into ironclad focus on priorities
Mediocre people avoid, get lost, and are often confused by problems. This presentation
will keep a person on track, constantly searching for solutions.
Value to attendees:
While average people are thinking negatively about their problems, successful people
view their problems positively. Participants will learn that problems can be a good thing
because they create opportunity and value. The more problems that you can solve, the
more valuable you will be.
The Three R’s
Resistance, resentment, and revenge can cripple any organization. In this highly
interactive presentation, leadership speaker Brian Klemmer will teach the audience how
to get past the three R’s to create a unified team that will communicate better. This will
increase sales and reduce resistance to change from within the organization and from
9. outside forces.
Key issues covered:
• Dramatically reduce resistance to new initiatives
• Turn conflict into cooperation
• Develop a high recovery to undesirable circumstances
• Uncover the hidden belief system preventing unity in most teams
• Maintain morale while knee deep in negative situations
• Decrease turnover within your organization
• Greater alignment behind company goals
Leadership speaker Brian Klemmer knows that sooner or later every person that pursues
excellence runs into resistance. Perhaps it’s resistance to current economic conditions,
taking a pay cut, changes within their industry, technology, new ownership, mergers, or
even resistance to being asked to do more with less. It can even be as simple as a
personality conflict or opportunities that were once promised are no longer available.
Value to attendees:
Fundamentally most people have a core belief that they need to resist in order to be in
control. In this presentation they will both see and experience that in reality when a
person resists they lose control. When more people within an organization realize that
resistance hurts both them and the company, the speed of growth for the company is
dramatically increased and the day to day experience of the individual improves.

18. After an hour, John had one tree down and
was shocked to see Abe still sitting sharpening his axe. Confident now he would probably
win, John went on to the next tree, and an hour later John had a second tree down. Abe,
surprisingly, was still sharpening his axe.John, convinced now there was no possible way
Abe could catchup, went on to his next tree. And an hour later, it was down, and at that
point Abe stood up and began chopping, while John started on his fourth tree. After about
20 minutes, John heard a loud WHOOMF and spun around to see that Abe had felled his
first tree. “Just lucky” he thought to himself. 20 minutes later, Abe’s second tree fell, and
another 20 minutes later his third. After six hours Abe had felled nine trees, while John
had felled six. John’s dull axe blade simply wasn’t capable of cutting through more than
one tree per hour, while Abe had ripped through three trees per hour with his razor-sharp
blade.Abraham Lincoln, “Abe,” once said “If I had six hours to cut down trees, I would
spend the first three hours sharpening my axe, and the last three cutting down trees.”
“Sharpening your axe” in life is synonymous with personal development. John represents
all of the people in the world who work really hard, who want more for themselves and
their families, and who can’t understand why life isn’t working out better than it is. They
create good results, but will never create outstanding results. Abe represents the
miniscule population of the planet (less than three percent) who invest in themselves to
sharpen their thinking and their attitudes. From one perspective, this is what K&A’s
seminars are all about – sharpening yourself so you’re more effective. Many of the belief
systems we adopted as children, and still unconsciously carry with us, have a dulling
effect on our effectiveness in business and relationship. By shifting those belief systems
we can become exponentially more effective!
