Lola Roosens BE Monday, first day in Italy.
On monday we started with general information, then we did
some warming up exercises such as volleyball. Afterwards we
had a little break. After a little break we had to present our
presentations about the light and the eye. Then we had lunch
that our host famelies give us. In the afternoon we listened to a
speech by the qìassesor who welcomed us to Perugia. As the last
activity we went to the nation gallery of Umbris where we
listened toa guide who gave us information about all the
paintings. When school was ready I went with my host family
and some friends of him to Perugia, he showed me everything he
knows of perugia and I really liked it. I took a lot of pictures of
the streets because everything is so different here than in
Belgium.

FIRST DAY!

when I woke up I was very excited.

I had breakfast with Sabrina (my partner) and we ate a cake and
milk that her mum made for us.

Then we went to school and I met all the teachers and they
showed me the school, I really like it because it's big and it's
under the trees.

After that we played volleyball and I could know other students.

Then we came back to Aula Magna and I presented me and my
group work on Genially, we made a great job!!

When everybody had presented their own job, we had lunch and
I enjoyed it because I had a lot of fun chatting and playing card
with other students.

Then we visited National Gallery and the Mayor did a interesting
speech (under there is the video)
Then we had a walk in the city center and I bought a lot of
chocolate for me and my family.

When we came back home we played video games (I really like
playing video games so I enjoyed it even if I lost).

Then we had dinner with Tagliatelle Al Ragù, they were
delicious!!

Monday
First we started with general imformation. After that we did
warming up activities. Than we had a little break. After the
breake we did our presentations about the eye. Than we have
lunch. In the afternoon we listened to a speech from the
assessor in which he welcomed us to Perugia. Afterwards we
went to the national gallery.

First day of the mobility (Vincent Bossaerts)
The first day we arrived at school and we met in the Aula magna.
After we learned the general information we went to the Gym in
order to do warming up activities. There I met the other
members of my group! Although some weren't very talkative,
they were all nice people. We played volleyball and handball.
After a little break we listened to the presentations of our
classmates' projects about the eye and the light. At the end there
was a kahoot were I got, together with a class mate, third place.
In the afternoon we went to the city centre and listened to the
assessor welcoming us to Perugia in the palazzo dei priori.
Lastly, we went to visit the nation gallery of Umbria. We saw
famous paintings of Piero della Francesca and Perugino. At 17:00,
when all activities ended, we hung out in the center and ate ice
cream. It was an enjoyable day and I met a lot of new people.

On monday, we started with a general presentation of all the
students from the countries involved in the Erasmus project.
Then we did the tour of the school and some warm up activities
to learn more about the other students. We saw also the
partners' presentation products of "Leonardo the visionary". We
had lunch and then we met the vice mayor of Perugia and visited
the National Gallery in the centre of Perugia.

In the morning of the first day we were welcomed by our friends
from Italy and visited all school. Everyone got personal
identyfication card and leaflet with the planning. We also got
some information about our Tuesaday trip to Florence. Then we
went to the gym to made some exercises. We played volleyball
and had a good time together. After PE we had a short brake
during which we ate snacks prepared by our Italian families.
Then it was the time for presentation our job what we preaperd
in international groups. It was stressful but all groups presented
their work as best they could.

The first day in Italy
As it was my first time visiting Italy, i was really excited about
meeting my old friends and seeing the wonders of this country.

I was introduced to a lot of students and i received a brochure
with the daily program, along with a map of the city and the
names of my teammates.

We had some sport activities, but due to a cold i could't
participate. Then I presented my group's Genially presentation
and we went for a quick walk around the city of Perugia. Then
we went to the Luna Park and to McDonald's, where we had a
really good time.

Italy is amazing !!! I love this country. I wish to stay here forever.
My host familly is so lovely. The food is so tasty !!! On Monday I
with Flavia and her friends was in the restaurant and we ate a
Testone (this is very delicioze ;) After we was in Lunapark and we
had a lot of fun. I lern a few words in Italian and I am so proud of
me :)

At 8 the principal came to grate us. After that we had some sport
activities such as playing volleyball. Later, some students
presented the genially presentations and after that we visited
the National Galleria of Umbria which was very interesting. It
was a really nice day and I can`t wait to see what we are going to
do next!

Today i woke up at 6am and had breakfast with my host and her
family. They were so kind and the atmosphere was so lovely. It is
my first time in Italy and I`m already starting to feel like home.
It`s such a pity that we just have one. We`ve had sport activities
and after that we went to see the city and visited The National
Gallery. It was a really nice day .

i woke up very early and i had breakfast with my sister,i was
excited to know the studets from the other country then i
arrived school at 7:30am to start the as soon as possible the
activities.

we went at first in a class for explain to guys what we' ll do in the
morning.

All the grop went to the school gym and did some volleyball
matches we had great fun.

at 13 was lunch time near the school bar and in the afternoon we
went to the city center.

it was amazing!

FIRST DAY - Elena, Italy
Hi, i'm Elena From Perugia. Today it was my first day in school
with my hosted Lana, she is from Belgium and she is really cute
and sweet. In the morning we sow the presentation about the
light and the human eye, after lunch we went to Palazzo dei
Priori and than we visited the National Gallery of Umbria wherer
we sow a lot of interesting painting; after the visit to National
Gallery we ate an ice cream with some of the guys of the
erasmus program and than we went home for a dinner with my
family... we ate carbonara!

In the first day we stayed at school. When we arrived the italian
students gave at the other a card with name, team number and
group letter. Then there was a welcome by principal and some
students gave at the other a tipical chocolate with short
message (bacio perugina). In a second time we visted the school
and we did some sport activities for knew each other. After that
we presented our job in genially.

In the afternoon we went in Sala della Vaccara where the deputy
major welcomed us. We visited also Palazzo dei Priori.

At 5 pm we returned home also with another two girls (Flavia
comes from Italy and Zosia comes from Poland). In the evening
we went another time to Perugia and we ate something in a
tipical resturant (Testone).

We went also at the lunapark and we had great fun!
ARIELLE and GIULIA from Italy
At 8 o'clock we all went to a classroom , and we started our
experience with a meeting. The second activity was in the gym ,
where we played volleyball. then we went again in a classroom
and we showed our creations about light and eye. After that we
had lunch at school , then we went to the city hall and we had a
meeting with the deputy mayor .

The last activity was the visit of the "Galleria Nazionale Di
Perugia ".

When we finished all the activities, we had a walk in Peruggia
and we eat a really good ice-creams.

On Monday at 8 o'clock we started school. We got the

integration exercises which were volleyball practise. After that
we were presentating our works in genial.ly. Then we went to
the center of the city. We were listening to the deputy mayor.
Then we were looking on the sculpture.

After that we finished the sightseeing and in the group of about
10 people. Then we went for ice creams. In the end of day I with
Christopher went away.

I woke up ready to go to school. I ate breakfast and then we
went to the Mini Metro. When we arrived, we started with sport
activities and then (after a break) we presented our geniallys.
After that we had lunch and left to the city center to visit the
National Gallery of Umbria. It was something new and unique.
After the STEAM activities were over, I went to the Luna Park
with my friends and our hosts. It was amazing and very different
from other amusement parks I went to. I arrived home tired, but
really excited for the activities that were going to happen in the
next days.

Nice day in Florence

Trip to Florence
I woke up at 5.30 full of excitement. We left Perugia about 2
hours later.

The first thing we did after arriving in Florence was to visit the
Leonardo da Vinci museum, where we learnt about his
inventions and the way they were created and brought to life. I
also discovered a few painting techniques that he used in famous
paintings such as Mona Lisa.

After that we were supposed to have a walk around the city of
Florence, but it started raining heavily so we had to find shelter.
After the rain stopped, we ate lunch and then we went shopping.
At about 3pm we entered the Uffizi Art Gallery, where we spent
2 hours and a half. I was absolutely mesmerized by the beauty of
the exhibition. I nearly started crying when i saw the famous
Birth of Venus. I have never imagined that I could be so lucky to
see this Amazing place. I spent 30 euros on souvenirs, so i will
never forget this wonderful experience.

After that, we returned to Perugia. I slept the entire journey
because i was really tired :).

When we got "home", Fabio's mother was cooking dinner. We ate
Tortellini and a delicious cake. I called my mom to tell her how
amazing my day was and then I fell right asleep.

I woke up at 6 in the morning ready to visit
the cultural monuments of Florence. After a
long road we finally arrived at Leonardo da
Vinci museum where we saw some of his
creations and we learned about them and
how usefull are them nowadays. After that
we ate our lunch and we went shopping. At
3pm we entered the Uffizzi gallery where we
saw famous paintings. I was amazed by
them.

We met at 7:15 in the morning. At 7:30 we started our trip to
Florence. We arrived at 10 and went to the Leonardo Da Vinci
Museum. In free time we were touring Florence. Right after that
we had lunch break. We also visited the Uffizi gallery which was
very big and beautiful. When our time in gallery came to an end
we went back to Perugia.

Second day (Vincent Bossaerts)
The second day we had to wake up very early in the morning.
The bus was leaving at 7:30 because we had to be in Firenze by 11
o'clock. We visited the Leonarda da Vinci museum where a lot of
recreations of his machinery were shown and explained in detail.
We had lunch in the city center and then went to the Uffizi
museum. It was very interesting and we had an amazing touristic
guide. We saw even more famous paintings that those we saw
The day before. We had an amazing time even though we came
back very late.

Italy.
On tuesday we went to Florence, we had to get up very early,
because it was a few hours drive. When we arrived in Florence
we visited the Leonardo da Vinci museum. It was very
interesting, I personally think this museum was the nicest so far
because we could "play" with the "inventions" of Leonardo da
Vinci. After this we had some free time in Florence. Then we
went to the galleria delgi uffizi museum and listened to a guide
who gave us a lot of information about the most important
paintings in the museum. Afterwards we took the bus home.

FLORENCE

we took the bus to go to Florence. when we were in Florence at
first we visited the city and the Leonardo Da Vinci museum and I
could learn a lot of things about Leonardo's projects.

Then we had lunch I ate two sandwiches, I really liked them.

After that we went to the uffizi gallery I saw a lot of important
paintings and sculptures.

So we had another walk in Florence.

On tuesday we started our day very early. We went by bus to
Florence. When we arrived there we lost the other group so we
were looking for them for a long time. When we found them, we
went to the LEONARDO DA VINCI MUSEUM. It was
unfortunately not that nice because we coulden't try the

inventions of Leonardo because we always had to stay and listen
to the guide. After the LEONARDO MUSEUM we went to the
Galleria degli Uffizi, it was so beautiful and intressting. After that
we got 50 minuts free time, in my opiniom we didn't get enough
time.

When we got home I ate amazing lasagne!

Yesterday we went to Florence and we visited a museum. The
Leonardo da Vinci museum. We could interect with the
inventions.

Then we went to lunch.

After lunch we went to visit a museum. The Florence museum.

It was very fun.

We saw a lot of paintings, the guide explained to us what means
the paintings.

We visited Florence, but it was rainning and very cloudy.

Florence is a very nice city i enjoied a lot, we pass a great time
with the friends.

we went to Leonardo's da Vinci museum there were a lot of
interestings things, a lot of things that Leonardo created, for
example the flying machine.

We saw the Cathedral of Florence, it was fantastic!

After that we visited the Florence museum, there were a lot of
interesting things, there were a lot of interesting pictures in all
the walls.

When we finish the museum we walk around florence, we ate a
ice cream and we saw a lot of interesting buildings.

On the Tuesday we need to wake up very early, because the bus
was leaving at 7:30. We went to the Florence that s why we need
to wake up very early. We travelled 2 hours from Perugia to
Florence.

Firstly we had a free time and we watched beautifule buildings of
Florence . Then we we visited the Leaonardo da Vinci museum.
It was very interesting. We saw funny and smart technologies
made by Leaonardo. This technologies made life easier. After
that we went to the galleria delgi uffizi museum where we saw a
lot of beatufifule paintings of the saints and other also important
characters.At the end we backed to the bus and we came back to
the perugia.

It was very beautiful in florence, the buildings were very large
and overwhelming, there were a lot of tourists and people who
were interested in art the bus ride was very nice and pleasant
because you got to know each other even better! 😃

FLORENCE
The second day we went to Florence to visit Leonardo Da Vinci
Museum and the Uffizi Gallery. We woke up very early, around 6
o'clock, we had breakfast and we left home at 7 o'clock to reach
Piazza Partigiani. We left Perugia at 7:30 and we arrived in
Florence at 10:30. First of all we had a look of the cathedral and
the Baptistery in the main square. It was starting raining when
we entered in the Leonardo museum. it was very interesting
because there were a lot of his interactive creations. We left the
museum and we waited in front of the Uffizi entrance for one
hour and somebody spent this time eating. We entered in the
Gallery at 13:30 and we started the visit with a really good guide.
We spent one hour and half inside watching many painting of
Leonardo; Michelangelo and Caravaggio. after that we had one
hour of free time to eat and see more about Florence. We
returned back to Perugia at 8 o'clock p.m.. In the way back we
had a lot of fun on the bus, nothing to compare with the travel of
the morning when everybody was tired.

It was my first time at Uffizi Gallery and I liked it so much. It was
a wonderful day between fun and art. Thank you so much!
FLORENCE
On Tuesday we went to Florence. We left Perugia at 7.30 a.m.
and we arrived to Florence to 10.30. We visited Leonardo Da
Vinci Museum and after we went around the city. We saw the
cathedral, the baptistery and Ponte Vecchio.

After lunch we visited Uffizzi Gallery and we returned to Perugia
at 8 p.m.

Today I was in Florence and I love this city. There is so beautifull.
I saw a lot of amazing painting in museum and i did many

It`s my second day here in Italy. The worst part of today visit is
that I had to wake up at 6 am to get ready. We went to Florence
and visited the city and also Leonardo`s museum. I really liked
Leonardo` museum . After this we had 1 hour to do whatever we
wanted to. We also visited Uffizi Gallery and I hope to come
again here .

Today we had to wake up very early because the bus was leaving
at 7:30. After 2 hours we were in Florence. We visited there the
Leonardo Museum where we saw his famous inventions and
paintings. we had bad luck because it started raining. We had
lunch and later we went to Uffizzi gallery. After that we spend an
hour going whatever we want in the city.

I liked liked this city very much and i hope that I will come here
again soon!

Today we went in Florence we sow the Leonardo's musum and
we went to Uffizi Gallery. we have seen a lot of beautiful
paintings and it was really a beautiful experience.
Day in Florence
First we wnt to the bus station to took the bus to Florence. Then
we visited the Leonardo da Vinci Museum ant the Uffixi Gallery.
In the free time we had in Florence the students of Spain went to
bought an ice cream. Then we had a walk, cross the Ponte
Vecchio and see that the shops were jewelry stores. We bought
some presents. Then we took the bus to go to Perugia again.

In the morning we took a bus to go to Florence, we stop to go to
the bathroom and have break, then we continue with the trip.

When we arribe at Florence we went to see Leonardo da Vinci's
Museum, we haven't got good luck and it started to rain, it was
difficult to have lunch because the rain but finally we sat down
under a building, then we visit the center of the city while the
other group was visiting Leonardo's museum and finally we visit
the Uffizi Gallery that was very big and we get lost inside it.
Trip to Florence
We woke up very early to take the bus to Florence. The busrit
was fun! First we went to visit the museum of Leonardo Da Vinci.
After the museum we ate our lunch. After our lunch we went to
visit another museum. After the museum we had some free time
and then we went back to Perugia

I woke up very early in order to be on time at the meeting spot.
We left Perugia at 7.30. The road was fun and not too long. In
Perugia we visited the Leonardo da Vinci museum and the Ufizzi
Gallery. After that we went shopping in the old part of the city. It
was really nice and we had a great time. At 8 pm we arrived in
Perugia. I was very tired because of the busy day.

I woke up early after a few hours of sleep. I was tired but I
couldn't wait to live to Florence. We left Perugia and I fell asleep
immediately. When I woke up, we were close to teh city. I
arrived full of excitement and I couldn't stop taking photos. It is
a very beautiful city and I was really happy I had the chance to
visit it. After visiting the Leonardo Museum and the Ufizzi
Gallery, we went shopping for souvenirs. Unfortunately, the trip
was about to end. We had a lot of fun on the coach and we
played a lot of games. We arrived in Perugia late so there was no
more time left for seeing more of this amazing city. i had dinner
at home and I loved it. Italian food is really tasty! I watched a
movie and went to sleep.

I've never been in Florence before , I got lost with Lana in the
Uffizi Gallery , it's been a funny experience . I made a new friend
and we enjoyed the trip.

I woke up at 6 am. I ate the breakfast and went to the bus stop
for a trip to the Florence. The travel was 2.5h in one way. In the
Florence we went to the Leonardo da vinci's museum. After that
to the center of city. The our guide was talking about the
Leonardo. Than we went to the uffizi. In our free time I with my
friend went to the Hugo Boss shop and we bought a watch. After
we went back to the Perugia. That was our day :D.

It was a beautiful trip because we saw a wonderful city.

We visited Leonardo da Vinci Museum where we saw his works
and then we visited a little part of the city like the cathedral and
also on. Then we had a lunch and we went to Ufifizi Gallery
where we saw a lot of ancient sculptures and paintings came
from the 14th-century and renaissance.

We had dinner with people of all the countries in a restaurant
and we eat torta al testo that are typical from Peruggia.

solve various riddles and problems of physics and mathematics. I
had a lot of fun!

today we have done an excaping room, it was really funny, but
also really hard; my team didn't win, but we had a lot of fun :)

today we did a so beautiful activity in
langueges lab of the school. it is called
escape room, is about a some quiz and
maths problems obviously about Leonardo
Da Vinci. was a competition with two
different groups. the winner is who did it
much early.

We started school at 8. Fisrt I attended a workshop where we
built kites and airplains. Then, me and my team worked together
in order to finish the Escape Room Activity. Unfortunately we
have not finished it in time but it was relly fun. After the lunch
break we will go to visit the centre of the city and then we will
have another workshop.
Classroom the flight
We learnt in what Leonardo inspired to do the flying machine
and we tried to make the flying machine with plastic pieces,
then we build a kite that we will fly tomorrow.

I slept more than I did the oprevious night. We took the Mini
Metro and we arrived to school. We started the activities right
away! We studied the flight and we built kites. After that we
experienced a fun escape room. It was full of challenges and I
really liked it. After that we had a break. Now I am writing about
my experience in Perugia so far. I am a little sad because some
days already passed and we are closer to the last day, but I am
happy that I spent such a beautiful time with my friends and that
there's more to see and experience

It was really great organising the padlet activity.

Today we were in escape class and in the physics class. That was
nice atracttions but the escape class was a bit hard.

We did some activities for know better Leonardo and his work.
We solved the task in escaping room, we participated in a
physics lesson and we did a lot of other activities.
On wednesday we did 3 main activities: escaping classroom,
classroom lesson about the flight and the project diary of the
first two days. They were all interesting activities but the
escaping room was a bit hard.

Italy.
On wednesday we did a number of workshops in the morning,
first the project diary, then the workshop about "the flight" and
and finally we did the escaping room. In my opinion the
escqping room was the best. After that we had lunch, in the
afternoon we did a tour around Perugia and to end our long day
we went to the P.O.S.T. and learned something about drones.

Today was our third day in Italy and it was so much fun. We had
some really cool activities like escaping room,class lesson about
the flight. The escaping class was really cool but it was a bit
difficult

Sunset
On wednesday night I saw the sunset from the balcony of Anita,
it was beautilful!
FUNNY ACTIVITIES!!

During the first activity we started to write this diary adding
photos and videos.

With the second activity we made a kite and small plane and this
was so funny.

The third activity was the escaping classroom and we won!!!

At lunch we ate pizza and we went to sciri tower and we were
able to see the wole city.

After we went to the post and we could build the bridge and a
robot.

We had dinner at Anita's house and we had a great barbecue
with the other spanish students.
We had a really good time on wednesday!

It was a lot of fun and we had to think a lot. It was nice
because we compared our ideas and we worked together and in

I didn't feel well on Wednesday because of some health
problems. I couldn't visit the tower, but the experience from
POST was really interesting. It reminded me of the House of
Experiments from Bucharest.
Thursday 17th
Lago Trasimeno.
Yesterday we went to visit Lago Trasimeno.

First we got a small explanation of the birds that we could see.

Then we went to see the birds that were in the lake.

Later we were taught how the birds are registred.

On Thursday we got up at 6.30 and we went to bus station,
because we went to Trasimeno lake. When we arrived we started
observing birds. Our guide showed us area around the lake.

After that we went to the Assisi, where we saw the church and
other brilliant monumentals.

At 4 p.m. we saw how paragliding works.

Then we came back to Perugia.

We went to this lake with bus and a boy teach us how they
measure the birds and some interesting things about the birds

On thursday we had in program the visit to lake Trasimeno and
to Assisi. At lake Trasimeno we did bird-watching and a lesson
about birds. After that we visited Assisi and went to see people
doing paragliding and hang glider.

The trip to Trasimeno Lake has not took very long. We walked
around the lake and did birds watching. Then we visited Assisi.
There we saw the San Francesco Church and the centre of the
city. Home we had dinner and watched a nice movie together.
Yesterday we visited Trasimeno lake and we
watched different types of birds and we saw
how you can recognize if the bird is a boy or
a girl,its weight and the lenght of the
feathers. After this we went to Assisi where
we visited the San Francesco church then
we went to a deltaplan simulation.

birdwatching and ate. Then we went to Assisi and did a tour with
a guide. After that we got some icecream and went rode too a
field whit a flight simulator, we listened to some music and saw
how you need to inflate a cite to strat flying. Then we went back
to Perugia and whent to dinner with people from all the
countries

Thursday we went bird watching and it was very relaxing and
we also saw some beavers, then we went to Assisi and it was
very nice and educational after we came from Assisi we went
to a field and watched people fly and when we arrived by
bus we went to a restaurant with people of all the
countries. 😃
We went to visit the Trasimeno Lake. First the guide gave us
some informatuion about the birds that come every year at this
place and after that we went to watch them and the guide also
catched some birds and showed them to us

Italy.
On Thursday we went to a lake and we watched some birds
"BIRDWATCHING". After that we had a lot of time to eat our
lunch and to talk to each other . In the afternoon we went to
assisi! Assisi is a really beautiful city, we did a tour all around
assisi and we visit the San Francesco church.qAfter that we had
a kind of workshhop about the flight rules, flight simulator: hang
glider in Viole de Assisi. it was really fun, if you wanted you could
try it and after that we just sat on the grass and talked and had a
lot of fun. I think Thursday was the most nicest day if the week.

also their age. Then we went to Assisi and we saw many buildigs

Yesterday we went to Trasimeno Lake. We did birdwatching and
we saw some bird.

Yesterday we visited lake Trasimeno and Assisi.

At the lake we saw a lot of birds like herring gull, great
cormorant and common coot. Then we had fun in the lunch
break.

After that we went to Assisi and visited a church. We had an
amazing ice cream and we saw a lot of wonderful sights. After
that we bought souvenirs and left Assisi to go and learn
something new about planes.

When we got back, we spent some time with our hosts. We are
looking forward to the rest of the trip and also the chocolate
festival

After that we went to the Assis. That was a great day.

In the morning I made 3 new friends: Robin, Louis and Becky.
They're 3 tiny birds from the Trasimeno Lake :3. After lunch we
left for Assisi where we visited the most beautiful Church I've
ever seen. Then we went to a flight simulation where we put on
worm-like suits and we pretended to fly with a deltaplane about
40cm above the ground :))

Today is the last day ,

I was already used to the presence of my new friends . I'm sad I

so this morning I woke up and I tought : oh shit this is the last
day in Italy. If i was a teacher i would stay for the project for 2
weeks.

Now when we are getting chill with eachother, we have to
leave..

6 Days are not enough.

I am gonna miss Elena a lot! She feels like a sister. But I hope she
can come to Belgium so I can let her see the world where i am
living in. It will be so diffrent for her. I will make the best for
her.But maybe I will come back in the summer vaction.

I made some new friends, and they are very nice.

tonight is there a dinner with all the people who participated on
the project "steam like leonardo":
this had been an amazing week, so sad is already finished
On the last morning we played with robots, vr headsets and
game developing apps. We will have a chocolate workshop and
a big dinner with all the hosts and their families before leaving
for Romania tomorrow afternoon.

Last Day
Our last day we did some Workshop of Virtual Reality and then
we had a robotic activity. We worked in scratch.

Then we are going to go to Eurochocolate.
