Some pressure at work can be challenging and
encouraging; but when it becomes excessive, it could
eventually cause work-related stress.
Stress is the unpleasant reaction we have to excessive
pressure or even demands put on us.

to offer meditation in the workplace to aid in the
health of the employees and to lower stress.
Companies come up with meditation based stress
reduction programs to address the increasing cost
of stress-related health conditions and to develop a
more cost- effective plan of action tailored to the
working environment.
