3. In the darkness there is mystery, in darkness resides our greatest fears. But even the darkest of places cannot conceal the tiniest spark of light. We all have powerful lights that shine and glow in our very soul.

4. Sometimes we are so engulfed in the darkness the light seems hidden from us but the smallest spark can ignite and generate the greatest flame.

5. We use the expression we have a fire in our belly, we need to be able to seek out the sparks and fan that flame. It is feeling and having this burning desire to reach our goals that fuels our lives.

6. For decades I have looked for patterns and clues to these hidden codes of human behaviour. Some are ancient some are centuries old others come from modern science. All of them are available to all of us.

7. My quest is and has been to reveal these sparks to fuel the flame of achievement and reveal the hidden codes to all.
