This document discusses a database created to analyze and summarize over 40 innovation projects across 3 phases. The database aims to make sense of the projects' place within key driving forces of change in higher education, and allow analysis of common themes and priorities across the projects. It provides rubrics to categorize projects based on their responses to strategic drivers of change, the innovation themes they address, and their perspectives on enabling change within institutions.
