  3. 3. Describe several aspects of the pro-natalist policy in France:  When was it introduced?  What incentives were offered?  Has the birth rate increased?  Has it been successful? Explain why the pro-natalist policy was introduced and explain how successful it has been. Explain the strategies used and the successes or failures that have resulted. Remember to use precise vocabulary and data. Evaluate the pro-natalist policy. Discuss what worked and why. Predict what the likely future outcome of a continued pro- natalist policy will have on France’s economy and society. Predict and justify what policy the French government may adopt in the future.
