5. visualization First see. Then see it differently . To see differently just change your point of view. Just like detectives see the crime from the thief's point of view. Not only different perspectives are refreshing to the mind – but they also stop the mind from getting conditioned, to settle down. Visualising is agitating the mind – yeast is required to create the bread
