De arts houdt voor elke patiënt een patiëntendossier bij, waarvan de samenstelling
en de bewaring beantwoorden aan de wettelijke en deontologische vereisten.
De arts beheert, met respect voor het beroepsgeheim, het patiëntendossier als
werkinstrument, communicatiemiddel, kwaliteitsreferentiepunt en bewijselement.

De arts bewaart de patiëntendossiers veilig en met inachtneming van het
beroepsgeheim gedurende dertig jaar na het laatste contact met de patiënt.
Daarna mag hij die patiëntendossiers vernietigen.
De arts die zijn praktijk stopzet, bezorgt de arts die de patiënt aanwijst, of de
patiënt alle nuttige inlichtingen voor de continuïteit van de zorg.

You are permitted to load the Gezondheidsapps lezing Brugge software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Gezondheidsapps lezing Brugge software.
You are not permitted to:

Digie.be reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Digie.be.
