2. Galen L Stone is a professional who takes
great pride in his service to the community.
Last year, he worked part-time as a caregiver
with two elderly gentlemen in Marion, MA on a
private contract basis.
3. While one of these gentlemen had
Alzheimer’s disease and needed special
care, the other one too required supervision.
As their caregiver, Galen dispensed
medication, cooked, cleaned, played fun
games, and did exercises with them.
4. Galen L Stone is a graduate of Boston
College School of Social Work., Chestnut
Hill, MA. He attended this college to do his
Masters in Social Work. Before this, he went
to the College of Wooster, Wooster, OH, to
do his BA major in Social Welfare and dual
minor in Religion and Black Studies.
5. With a strong desire and drive to serve the
community, Galen L Stone began his career
in 1979. His first job was as the “Coordinator
of the Boston Youth Education Fund” at the
Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, Inc.
