As faculty in the School of Computing and Academic Studies at BCIT, Gjoa teaches with the BCIT Communication Department which is dedicated to providing students with the writing and speaking skills they need to succeed in today's workplace. Gjoa teaches a wide range of business communication courses, covering everything from writing letters and formal reports to delivering technical briefings and persuasive presentations.
