Some companies are addicted
to hiring. Some even hire when
they aren’t hiring.
They hear about great people and
invent a position.
3. PASS IFYOU DON’T NEED IT
Even if you think that person is a great
catch.
You’ll be doing more harm
than good if you hire talented
people who have nothing important
to do.
4. ARTIFICIAL WORK
When you have more people
than you need, problems arise.
Invented work leads to artificial
projects and real costs and
complexity.
5. THERE IS PLENTY OFTALENT
Don’t worry about “the one
that got away”.
There’s plenty of talented people out
there.When you really need them,
you’ll find someone.
6. IFYOU DON’T NEED IT
Great has nothing to do with it.
If you don’t need someone,
you don’t need someone.
