2. Roles & Responsibilities: Coordination with third party inspection agencies
 Generate the job respective QAP, Procedures, Weld plans, WPS, PQR, WPQ
 Prepare Manufactures Data report (MDR) for U stamp equipments
 Inspection and identification of materials, Stage wise inspections as per approved Quality plan
and Drawing and same gets reviewed from TPIA
 Testing and review of RT , PT, UT, MPT reports as per ASME/Client requirements
 Destructive testing like Tensile, Notch Toughness (Impact), Bend Test & Non destructive
testing like RT, UT, MPT, PT, Hardness, Pneumatic, Hydro, Helium
 Stage wise Inspection for dimensional accuracy of all parts at all manufacturing stages
 Perform various type of operations/testing like Heat treatment, Painting, Pickling & Passivation
 Maintain record for all inspection activity & Prepare/arrange final documentation as per ISO /UStamp requirements
 Continuous inspection for monitoring Preheating temperature, inter pass temperature and Post
heating temperature to ensure implementation of WPS during fabrication
 Maintain the record of calibration of welding machines, Ovens, pressure gauges, testing
equipments and measuring tools (scale, tape, micrometer, vernier caliper, etc)
 To monitor the welder’s performance and welding activities to ensure the work is being carried
out in accordance with the approved welding procedure
