In Vietnam the pressure for hotel developers to maintain profitability and return against the backdrop of increasing development and land costs continues to be the biggest threat to development companies. Serenity however is uniquely placed, as the company is the only fully vertically integrated hospitality company. With their own in-house designers and project managers, Serenity is able to take a more complete view of every project that is undertaken seeing a project from both a developer’s and a hotelier’s point of view. Since our inception in 2002, Serenity has successfully delivered numerous projects with this unique
“integrated” approach. The company has been setup by Mr. Marco van Aggele and Mr. Louk
Lennaerts, based upon a company license under the name “Lotho”, which got upgraded in 2007 to include
all design services (architectural, interior, landscape, structural, mechanical and electrical), construction
management, operational management, and with that we are currently operating under the name
of “Serenity”.
Kể từ khi thành lập công ty vào năm 2002 đến nay, Serenity đã chuyển giao thành công nhiều dự án
bằng cách tiếp cận “hợp nhất” độc đáo này. Công ty được thành lập bởi ông Marco van Aggele và
ông Louk Lennaerts, dựa trên giấy phép thành lập công ty dưới tên gọi Lotho, và được nâng cấp vào
năm 2007 để bổ sung thêm các dịch vụ thiết kế (kiến trúc, nội thất, cảnh quan, cấu trúc, cơ điện) ,
quản lý thi công , quản lý hoạt động, và hiện nay chúng tôi đang hoạt động dưới tên gọi “Serenity”.

3. I n this setup we have build up the large track record in a relatively short
amount of time. As you will recognize, there are quite some projects under
the names Fusion and M2Boutique, which are Serenity’s own brands for
hospitality management.

tương đối ngắn. Bạn sẽ nhận thấy rằng, có khá nhiều số dự án dưới các tên Fusion
và M2Boutique, đây cũng chính là thương hiệu quản lý khách sạn riệng của Serenity.
Serenity currently employs a combined staff of more than 70. All imaginable
development and management services are housed under the same roof, so to
speak. At the beginning of each project, Serenity establishes a working group of
experienced personnel for that specific assignment. This interdisciplinary team is led
by one of our directors. The decisions reached collectively often save time and lead
to prompt and effective solutions to difficult and otherwise time-consuming problems.

mỗi dự án, Serenity sẽ thiết lập một nhóm gồm đội ngũ nhân viên có kinh nghiệm cùng với nhiệm
vụ ược phân công cụ thể. Nhóm chuyên biệt này sẽ do một trong những thành viên khối quản
lý của chúng tôi lãnh đạo. Những hoạch định rõ ràng thường tiết kiệm thời gian và có những giải

With our company setup, Serenity is one of the first companies in Vietnam able
to take on real estate/hospitality projects in an A- Z approach, from the very initial
stage of investment and concept, through marketing and sales, detailed design and
construction to operational management.
