This document provides tips and rules for safely using Facebook, including choosing a secure password with capital letters, numbers, and lowercase letters; only friending people you know; not liking inappropriate pages; saving changes to settings; adjusting privacy settings; turning on profile and tag review; and always logging out. It also warns against cyberbullying and provides resources for help.
