Participants discuss topics through tweets in a facilitated global brainstorming session. 2) The Rio+20 conference in 2012 focused on sustainable development and the role of the private sector in driving sustainability through increased disclosure, transparency, and sustainable public procurement. 3) Construction was seen as needing a "makeover" beyond just greenwashing to shift from reducing harm to providing net benefits through sustainable building design and operations using a culture of dematerialization and industry collaboration.
