The aim of the activity: share information about our Georgian organization
Droni and erasmus + projects.. share the experience and knowledge about
this project with a workshop.
The objectives of the activity: spread awareness about business and give
information about what skills do people need to start their own business.

Business promotion and target audience
The aim of the activity:
Promote local small businesses.
The objectives of the activity:
Promote local small businesses;
Improve the visibility of them;
Create connection between local community and the entrepreneurs;
Create an open space for people to ask question and learn all about small
companies.

Short description of the workshop/activity:
1) We will an open call for interested businesses to contact us if they are
interested in taking part on the fair;
2) Creation of google form for people who are interested in taking part
3)Promotion of the activity on social media and local media (radio and
newspaper);
4) Preparation of the facilities for organizing the event; (making sure we have all
the needed stuff);
5) Implementation of the activities!
Desired minimum and/maximum number of the attendees:
Min 20 people
Max 50 people
(This numbers are related to the open space talking and not to fair open to the
public).
Materials needed. Beamer, TV, speaker, etc.

Microphone.
As a follow up activity of the youth exchange “Young Entrepreneurs”, the Portuguese team developed in
Amarante a “contest of ideas” on the social business area. During 1 day, around 25 youngsters developed, in
groups, a business idea that they would implement on the same day they created it and that would allow
them to make money. The idea behind the activity was to a help the two local animal association. The
winning idea was to sell lemonade (not so innovative but efficient), through each they managed to earn
123,90€. The money was equality spited and donated in the name of the participants to representatives of
both associations.

The aim of the activity: To spread awareness and skillset among the
audience required to realize ideas into a real-world productive asset

TOPIC: Follow-up Event
The aim of the activity: To spread awareness about entrepreneurship and give
all skills we have learned.
The objectives of the activity: To learn more about Erasmus+ opportunities,
boost their knowledge about Startups and businesses in general and gain new
skills.

Target Group: Youngsters
Short description of the workshop/activity: To make an open Event and
involve all young people.
We have had an informal meeting in our organization, where we were speaking
about Erasmus+ and its opportunities. However we did it in a very unique way.
All through games, which had different aims. So our aim was to develop different
skills, such as team building, concentration, organizational, etc, through non-
formal methodology… We had created board game stations, terrace zone for
meeting and sharing. Each station had a responsible person to take care. Thus
we spread the information about the best experience learnt during the project,
skills we had learnt during the project, non-formal methodology and Erasmus+.
Everyone was happy and can’t wait to join our projects.
Desired minimum and/ maximum number of attendees: At least 20
We had 50 participants
Materials needed. Beamer, TV, speaker, etc. Flipcharts
Pins, board games, papers, treatment, speakers, laptop, decoration materials
for creating the zones, food, treatment.

The aim of the activity:
To spread the ideas of Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges
The objectives of the activity:
- to make young people aware of the Young Entrepreneurs youth
exchange we have made
- to share what we have learnt from the exchange when it comes to topic
of entrepreneurship
- to share the idea of Erasmus+ programmes for young people,
possibilities / opportunities and where to look for them, whom to
contact, etc
- in general to encourage young people to be willing to take part in
similar events in order to become more open to new cultures, more
active, more tolerant and to improve their professional / social /
interpersonal /language skills

- Young people 14 to18 (secondary school students)

1. Uploading the newspaper on FRSP website (+ on our school
website) alongwith the reports and photos
2. Informal meeting with friends – informing about the event (as we
consider personal recommendation especially effective) + info on
our personal social media sites
3. Meetings in our schools (Gilowice, Bielsko-Biała, Katowice)
combined with workshops on entrepreneurship:
- explaining the ideas of Erasmus+ programmes
- presentation about the Young Entrepreneurs Youth Exchange
- short group work on entrepreneur’s skills + creative workshop (e.g. on
creating a company and advertising product/services)

As a follow up activity of the youth exchange “Young Entrepreneurs”, the Portuguese team developed in Amarante a “contest of ideas” on the social business area. During 1 day, around 25 youngsters developed, in groups, a business idea that they would implement on the same day they created it and that would allow them to make money. The idea behind the activity was to a help the two local animal association. The winning idea was to sell lemonade (not so innovative but efficient), through each they managed to earn 123,90€. The money was equality spited and donated in the name of the participants to representatives of both associations.

The objectives of the activity: To learn more about Erasmus+ opportunities, boost their knowledge about Startups and businesses in general and gain new skills. We have had an informal meeting in our organization, where we were speaking about Erasmus+ and its opportunities. However we did it in a very unique way. All through games, which had different aims. So our aim was to develop different skills, such as team building, concentration, organizational, etc, through non- formal methodology… We had created board game stations, terrace zone for meeting and sharing. Each station had a responsible person to take care. Thus we spread the information about the best experience learnt during the project, skills we had learnt during the project, non-formal methodology and Erasmus+.
