1. No more junk.

Get into the know. By doing so, you will be able to know what is concerning
people. Dish out topics that capture their attention. (This of course, means
that the topics must be related to what you are selling.) You want them to
read your materials first and deem you as a credible (more about this in the
next paragraph) sender. From there, they will look forward to your emails and
take them out of the junk mail list. It is here that you can pitch whatever you
need to be pitched on your resource box.



2. Prove Your Expertise

Even though what you are offering is free, do remember that a lot of
resources can easily be searched via Google and they are all free also.



To become successful in article marketing and get your online users to

example, if you plan your articles to be sent every fortnightly Tuesday, stick
to this schedule. The last thing a reader wants to be facing is to be bombarded
with emails from the same person a few times a week and then it goes
suddenly quiet for a month or two and then to be bombarded again. You want
to pique the curiosity of your readers with insightful topics at regular
intervals.



4. Professionalism

Readers will usually conceive an imagery of the author by the tone of the
article. Because online articles are usually viewed as a more informal mode
compared to traditional modes like newspaper, some online article authors
peppered their stories with vulgarities. This may work for blogs whereby the
writer (known as a blogger) personality may be seen as more fun. However,
just like talking, where you know to leave out vulgarities and to behave
appropriately during formal business settings, do apply the same behavior on
your writing style when doing article marketing. Article marketing is formal
in context compared to modes like blogs.



Bear in mind that your readers are potential customers and you want them to
think that any future products that they are buying from you is of a certain
professional standard.



5. Distribution

We have come to the last step of article marketing campaign.

Make use of social media like Twitter, Facebook or even your blog in the
attraction of readers and you would be able to reach out to as many potential
clients as possible.
