James Cameron (born August 16, 1954) is a Canadian film
director , film producer, screenwriter and editor
He posses the accolade of directing the two highest
grossing films of all time in Avatar and The Titanic, both
films managed to reign in nearly 5 billion dollars when put
together
Cameron has also won notable awards for his success
including academy awards for best picture, best director
and film editing
Cameron's biggest hits within the Thriller genre are both
Terminator Salvation and Terminator: Judgement Day
3. Terminator: Salvation
Narrative-In 2018, a company called Skynet has
destroyed most of humanity and survivors have been
hiding underground from an army of machines,
known as "Terminators". After a failed attack on a
Skynet base, John Connor, the man fated to lead the
Resistance is the sole survivor. On the other hand,
Marcus Wright, who only remembers being on death
row, meets Kyle Reese and it is believed by Connor that
he was sent from the future to kill him. Now Marcus
and John must unlikely join forces in order to save Kyle
Reese and the humans captured by the machines.
4. Terminator: Salvation
Critics Response: Many critics heavily criticised
Terminator for lacking a story which was anything
near the same amount of quality of the special effects
such as the explosions
Another heavy critic was that most of the violence and
terror from the original Terminator films was only in
extremely small dosses within this installment
