It’s not looking at an individuals  labels   about changing the organisations  labels Or … there are no hard to reach  people   Just hard to reach  organisations
But inclusion is a  process  not a  state
Breathing Criteria for  inclusion
All means  ALL
… inclusion means  with   not just in with   not  for
Bottom  up  has to be  top  down
Its about giving up  control
Both inclusion and collaboration are about  listening  and about  trust
Its about giving people the  tools  they need… … for their  unique  ways to contribute
Being included means being in  Networks
People can meet  ME  before they meet  me
Its not about  Silos
The new landscape is  flat
The  old  order
The  new  order
