2007,by Gnanasekar, Vishnu Das & John
James in Doddanekkundi, adjacent to
Marthahalli and Krishnarajapuram outer Ring
Road Bangalore-560037.
We have a team of specially selected Chefs
bound by their passion to create the finest of
products under the guidance and Innovative
production management methods. Our list of regular
customers stands testimony to our commitment.
Equipments being used are best and the latest
technology in the field of Bakery and confectionery.
The Organization
    The operations of the bakery unit and
the services will be handled by Chef
Bakers, with the vision of ”providing services
from the heart”.
To prepare genuine and fresh from oven
products to the customer not only in bakery and
confectionery but also to do our expertise in
bringing international delicacies to India with our
own variation in spices and menu researches
under most hygienic conditions. To develop
creative and varied choices from dining. The Chef
Bakers overall goal is to create the image of light
satisfying and still nutritious food.
Chef Bakers will implement International
array in Desserts and Pastries with inputs from
Chef Colleagues around the world. Chef Bakers
would set a benchmark in creating unique
menus. It would be a combination of
experiences from the trio of partners in the
venture exhibiting strengths in each field and
managing skills.
The core member of Chef Bakers
consists of three – members team, committed
and dedicated professionals specialized in
catering technology having wide experience in
this respective field. Each member has rich
and extensive working knowledge with
necessary skills to operate the unit in a
successful manner with overwhelming guest
satisfaction.
Many businesses view marketing and
advertising as an added expense, but they
should be viewed as an investment. Even in
times of slow sales, promoting a bakery
contributes to the overall success of the
business. These basic guidelines can help a
bakery owner effectively promote his business.
When combined with super baking skills
and a sound business plan, a home bakery
business can be quite fruitful. A bakery business
plan should calculate projected sales as well as
estimated costs, such as for supplies, utilities and
packaging. Also, the plan should describe
marketing efforts that will be used to promote the
bakery business.
Anyone who has smelled the tempting
aromas that linger in the air outside of a bakery
understands the appeal of these little shops.
While delicious baked goods, a desirable location
and a charming shop are critical factors in a
bakery's success, there are other important
details. With some planning, bakery owners can
prepare a menu for their bakery that will keep
customers coming back for more.
Bakeries around the globe bake bread
and create cakes, muffins and other desserts.
Large bakeries use machines for production while
smaller bakeries work with smaller equipment.
Confectioneries focus on creativity. The
components or basic elements and ingredients of
the bakery industry cover the entire parameters of
small and large bakeries worldwide.
From baking bread to making cakes
and cookies, bakeries require a wide variety of
tools to make their products. Bakery equipment
is often large industrial-sized versions of
household kitchen tools. However, bakeries also
use a various specialty items that are not
typically found in most kitchens.
Cake pops are sweet bite-sized treats that
are usually decorated with candies or other items.
When Valentine's Day rolls around, consider
making themed cake pops for the people in your
life. Cake pops are easy for novice bakers to
make because they are simply crumbled cake
mixed with frosting and rolled into balls. Get
creative and put your own spin on a batch of
Valentine's Day cake pops.

chain bakeries You cannot bake food for sale to
the public or sell food from home no exceptions.

  • 4. The Organization The operations of the bakery unit and the services will be handled by Chef Bakers, with the vision of ”providing services from the heart”.

To prepare genuine and fresh from oven products to the customer not only in bakery and confectionery but also to do our expertise in bringing international delicacies to India with our own variation in spices and menu researches under most hygienic conditions. To develop creative and varied choices from dining. The Chef Bakers overall goal is to create the image of light satisfying and still nutritious food.
  • 6. Chef Bakers will implement International array in Desserts and Pastries with inputs from Chef Colleagues around the world. Chef Bakers would set a benchmark in creating unique menus.
