       •       Remodel the role of teachers as educators to support change

       •       Using coaching to support change in staff

       •       Learning from others and being able to apply this in whole school
               professional development

       •       Using technology to introduce a different level of dynamism to
               curriculum and communication

Some ideas...
                    • Organise a party, similar to the Living
                           Cinema event, where food, music and film
                           spark discussions about creative learning
                    • Curate a series of interventions in the
                           school building which question our
                           relationship to familiar spaces
                    • Create a digital orchestra and a day of
                           workshops for partner schools exploring
                           new music technologies
