Spago4Q is a free/open source platform for measuring, analyzing, and monitoring the quality of products, processes, and services in IT projects and services. It uses a Plan-Measure-Analyze-Improve methodology and allows users to define metrics and quality models, collect and analyze data, and generate reports and dashboards. An example use case is a project for a European Commission Directorate General for Regional Policy that uses Spago4Q to monitor metrics from various project management and issue tracking tools.
