                            Science, this was developed by the US Army as tactical
                            methodology to go after prime targets. Sales people have the
                            same initiative, as they need to specifically go after their prime
                            target customers. We also apply the core competencies of (2)
Social and Emotional Intelligence, this is proven to increase sales by creating a great skill
in communication and relationship building and resulting in a higher conversion rate. With
these techiques, combined with core sales fundamentals and the use of Social Networks,
we have created the most powerful and effective Social Network Sales Training avaiable
on today’s market.

Our Coaching:
                        Our proven coaching program works because we support the
                        sales team to become better every week using the new sales
                        techniques taught in our classes. As we complete our initial
                        training, with the absense of coaching, several things tend to
                        happen: lack of skills put into practice; sales people tend to slip
                        back into their old habits; and new skills get washed out . Also,
                        with the fast pace growth of the Internet and Social Networks,
new techniques and features are developed every week, so in our coaching sessions we
introduce new techniques blended in with what has been previously learned.

                                    courses will cover profile building, setup
                                    maintenance, network power building, and
                                    conversion techniques; which will allow us to
                                    synchronize online tactics with existing sales
                                    efforts. There will be direct sales results from this
                                    section generated in the first 30 days.

                            Forward Progress will provide Web-based Live Instruction
                            on LinkedIn, designed to promote and build the company
                            brand, exponentially convert, penetrate and attract new
                            and old business relationships to reach the goal. This
                            training is online with guided slides and live
                            demonstrations using the LinkedIn Platform Worksheets
                            and a copy of the PDF slides. These will be sent prior to

Module Samples:

Social Network Basics (MOD-01) – This module will be used to get participants familiar
with Social Network basic principles and how to use their old traditional network building
techniques, newly learned network building techniques and how Social Networks actually
respond. This process is an exceptional way to begin the offline to online translation
process and help them understand why they are doing the online activity in the following
modules. This will also help them understand where to look and how to see things beyond
their current network.


LinkedIn Basics (MOD-02) – LinkedIn has many areas to master and properly leverage
client, competitor and prospect penetration. The core skills taught to this point will be
applied to the Social Network platform of LinkedIn. With LinkedIn having over 150 million
professionals and adding over 3 million a month, it is important for the participants to
understand how to leverage this most important business tool. This module will also allow
them to make sure they hold the corporate brand standards in their new account and are
properly connected to the company pages to maximize network awareness and
penetration in outside communities.


LinkedIn Profile Creation and Maintenance (MOD-03) – There are very specific best
practices when setting up profiles that are critical to having LinkedIn work while you are
not logged in. Participants will learn how to strategically fill out their history to build up
supportive credibility for themselves and the company’s online presence. There are also
critical settings that once enabled can ensure that key staff and industry persons of
interest get picked up in targeted searches and network updates where a presence is
needed. This is done through this a very strategic and tactical session. Once the basics
are set the participants will learn how to maintain critical areas as they continue to
achieve career milestones for the company.


LinkedIn Power Building and Online Conversion (MOD-04) – The art of Online Social
Networks allows the user to gain trusted access into areas needed to find and penetrate
key accounts. This module is focused on the art of not just finding accounts, but using
those accounts to gain access to key decision makers. This is an ongoing practice that
will yield continuous appointments that will also add to building a significant pipeline.
There are also some initial group building techniques taught here and learning to leverage
the power of groups to also access key contacts and accounts.

Step Two – Executive and Sales Management Coaching
                                       Your Forward Progress team will align a customized
                                       coaching plan with your Executives and Sales
                                       Management. Then based on the mutually agreed
                                       objectives, your coaching team will meet during
                                       scheduled coaching sessions to ensure that all
                                       business goals are met or exceeded. You coach will
                                       require a certain amount of hours each week to work
                                       the assignments provided. Any deviation or falter
                                       from these assignments could affect the outcome of
                                       this engagement. As necessary adjustments are
                                       needed, your coach will adjust the plan, and then
ask the team to make their adjustments. Forward Progress wants to make sure these
adjustments are executed immediately once identified. For this engagement we propose
three coaching subjects.

Tools – We pride ourselves in utilizing the most cost effective lead generation and sales
tools available today. Part of our process is to produce maximum results with the lowest
total cost of sale possible. While this varies for every business, our coaches are trained to
identify what can be used from current resources first, and then reach out to
complimentary tools. These tools and outside services are not included in the coaching
hours, however, since you are involved throughout the planning process, everything is
known and approved by you.

Module Samples: Social Network Basics (MOD-01) – This module will be used to get participants familiar with Social Network basic principles and how to use their old traditional network building techniques, newly learned network building techniques and how Social Networks actually respond. This process is an exceptional way to begin the offline to online translation process and help them understand why they are doing the online activity in the following modules. This will also help them understand where to look and how to see things beyond their current network. LinkedIn Basics (MOD-02) – LinkedIn has many areas to master and properly leverage client, competitor and prospect penetration. The core skills taught to this point will be applied to the Social Network platform of LinkedIn. With LinkedIn having over 150 million professionals and adding over 3 million a month, it is important for the participants to understand how to leverage this most important business tool. This module will also allow them to make sure they hold the corporate brand standards in their new account and are properly connected to the company pages to maximize network awareness and penetration in outside communities. LinkedIn Profile Creation and Maintenance (MOD-03) – There are very specific best practices when setting up profiles that are critical to having LinkedIn work while you are not logged in. Participants will learn how to strategically fill out their history to build up supportive credibility for themselves and the company’s online presence. There are also critical settings that once enabled can ensure that key staff and industry persons of interest get picked up in targeted searches and network updates where a presence is needed. This is done through this a very strategic and tactical session. Once the basics are set the participants will learn how to maintain critical areas as they continue to achieve career milestones for the company. LinkedIn Power Building and Online Conversion (MOD-04) – The art of Online Social Networks allows the user to gain trusted access into areas needed to find and penetrate key accounts. This module is focused on the art of not just finding accounts, but using those accounts to gain access to key decision makers. This is an ongoing practice that will yield continuous appointments that will also add to building a significant pipeline.   • 4. Step Two – Executive and Sales Management Coaching Your Forward Progress team will align a customized coaching plan with your Executives and Sales Management. Then based on the mutually agreed objectives, your coaching team will meet during scheduled coaching sessions to ensure that all business goals are met or exceeded. You coach will require a certain amount of hours each week to work the assignments provided. Any deviation or falter from these assignments could affect the outcome of this engagement. As necessary adjustments are needed, your coach will adjust the plan, and then ask the team to make their adjustments. Forward Progress wants to make sure these adjustments are executed immediately once identified. For this engagement we propose three coaching subjects. Tools – We pride ourselves in utilizing the most cost effective lead generation and sales tools available today.
