Overview
To privately subscribe to Hub Enterprise Edition Presales Platform in
AWS,you will need to complete the following:
1. Log in and verify billing information in theAWS Console
2. Navigate and configure your Hub Contract
(without Flexible Payment Scheduler)
or
Navigate and configure your Hub Contract
(with Flexible Payment Scheduler)
3. Set up yourAccount with Hub

CREATEAUSER FOR ORDER MANAGEMENT
Create or modify an IAM userwithin your mainAWS account to have subscribing
permission for order management.You may complete this process by using the
following guide,
“Creating a User for Order Management”.
Make sure the following prerequisite has been met:

LogInToAWSConsole
Log in to the
AWS Marketplace Management Portal.
BUYERTIP
How do you find out whichAWS account
you’re logged into?
To find yourAWS account ID number on the
AWS Management Console, choose
Support on the navigation bar on the
upper-right, and then choose Support
Center.Your currently signed-in account
number (ID) appears in the Support Center
title bar.

NavigateToBillingDashboard
Underyour account ID,select
the down arrowto reveal
your account menu. Select
“MyBillingDashboard”.

NavigateToPaymentMethods
Enteryour payment method by selecting “Payment Methods”.
In this section,you will be able to add additional credit cards and/or bank account information.
BUYERTIP REMINDER
Ifyou add or already have a credit card
tied to yourAWS account, make sure:
• To notifyyour bank before
subscribing to get
preauthorization to avoid a hold on
your card and/or cancellation ofthe
subscription inAWS.
• That your card has sufficient funds
for subscribing.
• That the credit card in yourAWS
account has
not expired.

1. You will receive a confirmation email
from Hub with a custom offer link and
an expiration date.
2. Simply navigate to your private offer
by pasting the link into your browser
priorto the offer expiration date.
BUYERTIP
Clicked the link and received a 404 error?
You will need to be logged into the correct
AWS account forthe link to work properly.
TheAWS account(s) provided to the Hub
sales representative in the initial call will
be theAWS account(s) that will have
access to the private offer.

Choose between 12 month
contracts.
For some private offers,
depending on the outcome of your
negotiation, your contract duration
will be predetermined for you.

Why don’t I have an auto-renewal
option?
Auto-renewal is only available for list
price,public purchases.

In the contract options section,
Flexible Payment Scheduler requires
the use of list price for set units
during a set duration and with a set
payment schedule.
Make sure the correct quantity in
each subscription item exists based
on your conversation with your Hub
sales representative.

entitlements”,then please reach out to
support@hub.inc. Most likely,you are receiving
this error because your invoicing payment
terms are not set up correctly in theAWS
Marketplace (FPS) orthere is an issue with your
credit card (non-FPS).
WhatdoIdoifIneedtomodifymytransaction?
To modify an order, navigate to the listing and
select “Continue to Subscribe”.This action will
take you back to the contract screen where you
can revise your entitlements and select
"Modify current Contract".

CompleteRegistration
Hub
You will be prompted to complete your
registration with Hub in orderto activate your
subscription.
Supplyyour full name, email address, company
name, companywebsite, company address,
phone number and any additional notes.
Once complete, select
“CompleteRegistration”.
