IGCDP is only focus for Portugal,
Malta, Greece and Italy.
11 out of 21 entities in WENA do
IGCDP and have goals in MP for
Q1 & Q2.
In Q1 most of the entities
achieved 70% or more of their
plans, except Norway which goal
was far higher than their actual
realizations.
For Q2 ambitious goals are
present in Gr, It, Nw, Pt & Sp.
The first 2 have experience in
IGCDP. Nevertheless up to this
point we should be able to see
the Raising of the TNs that will
deliver those results in Summer.

 Italy continue beings the Top Raiser by Far (299) followed by Greece (89)
and Portugal (64). Nevertheless Italy is decreasing in Raising; but all those 3
decreased in Matching where Germany has the main growth.
 Germany and Finland are the fastest matchers considering more than half of
the TNs they have Raised in this year are already Matched. Italy, Norway
and Portugal are drastically decreasing in Matching, the first two
proportionally to their drop in Raising but Portugal is concerning that they
grew in Raising but decreased in Matching.
 The region in general grew in Raising due to the “new entities” joining the
IGCDP Raising. Nevertheless it decreased in Matching and Realizations due
to mainly drops in Italy and Portugal. In the case of Portugal focus should be
matching more than raising (since already grew in Ra) but Italy still needs to
Raise more TNs in order to catch up their last year performance.

OGCDP is focus for almost all
entities in WENA and 6 out of 21
achieved their plans for Q1. Only
3 achieved less than 50% of their
goals (Malta, Norway and USA).
It is remarkable that in Q1 WENA
realized 750 Eps GPCD from
which around 2/3 are from Italy
and Germany. But the chances to
exploit a January Winter Peak or
March Spring peak are high.
For the half of Q2 only Sweden,
Germany and Canada have
accomplished more than 30% of
their goals but we need to
consider that boom of
Realizations will come in June –
July for this summer peak.

 WENA as region grew 185 forms in Raised (approx 9 Eps per entity), which is not really much (6%) and
it’s reflected in the growth in Matching (5%) and Realizations (4%). Unlike other programmes, OGCDP is
the one where WENA performs better in RAMARE and grows comparative to last year.
 Special recognition to Canada, Greece, Italy and USA the ones who have growth the most in Raising,
offsetting the huge drop in Raising from UK (+200).
 Matching growth is proportional to Raising growth except for Portugal and Switzerland that show
decrease in Ra but growth in Ma. In both cases it is concerning that the amount of Matches is not even
half of the Raises. UK also shows a huge drop in Matching effect of the drop in Ra.
 Top providers due to Matching will be Germany, USA & Canada. Remarkable growth of Canada due to it’s
huge growth in Raising and Matching strategy for those Eps. 8 entities decreasing in Matching are
correlated to their drop in Raising.
 Growth in Raising and Matching is not that high yet. Mainly entities are not raising in May but Matching so
the estimate of growth in Realizations for WENA in Q2 can be of around 8-15%. In Absolute numbers
WENA is the 2nd or 3rd EP GCDP provider region of the network but as compared to last year, the growth
hasn’t been significant except for Canada and Italy. The rest of the entities should guarantee the
matchability of their Eps to ensure growth in Realizations.

 Italy, Greece and Portugal are the entities with more TNs GCDP Available.
Average per LC varies from 10 – 15. It is needed to review the proper Cy
Partnership for these TNs. Although Matching of TNs is not that hard due to
WENA being a “desirable” destination for EPs from other regions.
 WENA offers a huge supply of Eps GCDP mainly to other regions due to
cooperations are not properly between WENA entities. Huge supply from
USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Italy, Greece and Portugal (more than 100 Eps
Av each). Nevertheless in the case of UK and USA, a considerable
proportion are Eps recruited since 2013 and should either go in this summer
or be eliminated from the system.
 The LCs mentioned in Italy, UK and USA have a considerable amount of
EPs Available (more than 30) and special attention in Matching and Country
Partnership should be addressed to these entities. Also considering that the
demand for Eps is in all the regions, these Eps should have a higher chance
of Matching.

In Q1 most of the entities achieved 70% or more of their plans, except Norway which goal was far higher than their actual realizations. For Q2 ambitious goals are present in Gr, It, Nw, Pt & Sp. The first 2 have experience in IGCDP. Nevertheless up to this point we should be able to see the Raising of the TNs that will deliver those results in Summer. Nevertheless Italy is decreasing in Raising; but all those 3 decreased in Matching where Germany has the main growth.  Germany and Finland are the fastest matchers considering more than half of the TNs they have Raised in this year are already Matched. Italy, Norway and Portugal are drastically decreasing in Matching, the first two proportionally to their drop in Raising but Portugal is concerning that they grew in Raising but decreased in Matching.  The region in general grew in Raising due to the “new entities” joining the IGCDP Raising. Nevertheless it decreased in Matching and Realizations due to mainly drops in Italy and Portugal. In the case of Portugal focus should be matching more than raising (since already grew in Ra) but Italy still needs to Raise more TNs in order to catch up their last year performance.
  • 6. 5/25/2014 6 Click to edit Master text styles • Second level  Third level  Fourth level  Fifth level OGCDP is focus for almost all entities in WENA and 6 out of 21 achieved their plans for Q1. Only 3 achieved less than 50% of their goals (Malta, Norway and USA). It is remarkable that in Q1 WENA realized 750 Eps GPCD from which around 2/3 are from Italy and Germany. But the chances to exploit a January Winter Peak or March Spring peak are high. For the half of Q2 only Sweden, Germany and Canada have accomplished more than 30% of their goals but we need to consider that boom of Realizations will come in June – July for this summer peak. • 8. 5/25/2014 8 Click to edit Master text styles • Second level  Third level  Fourth level  Fifth level  WENA as region grew 185 forms in Raised (approx 9 Eps per entity), which is not really much (6%) and it’s reflected in the growth in Matching (5%) and Realizations (4%). Unlike other programmes, OGCDP is the one where WENA performs better in RAMARE and grows comparative to last year.  Special recognition to Canada, Greece, Italy and USA the ones who have growth the most in Raising, offsetting the huge drop in Raising from UK (+200).  Matching growth is proportional to Raising growth except for Portugal and Switzerland that show decrease in Ra but growth in Ma. In both cases it is concerning that the amount of Matches is not even half of the Raises. UK also shows a huge drop in Matching effect of the drop in Ra.  Top providers due to Matching will be Germany, USA & Canada. Remarkable growth of Canada due to it’s huge growth in Raising and Matching strategy for those Eps. 8 entities decreasing in Matching are correlated to their drop in Raising.  Growth in Raising and Matching is not that high yet. Mainly entities are not raising in May but Matching so the estimate of growth in Realizations for WENA in Q2 can be of around 8-15%. In Absolute numbers WENA is the 2nd or 3rd EP GCDP provider region of the network but as compared to last year, the growth hasn’t been significant except for Canada and Italy. The rest of the entities should guarantee the matchability of their Eps to ensure growth in Realizations.

Average per LC varies from 10 – 15. It is needed to review the proper Cy Partnership for these TNs. Although Matching of TNs is not that hard due to WENA being a “desirable” destination for EPs from other regions.  WENA offers a huge supply of Eps GCDP mainly to other regions due to cooperations are not properly between WENA entities. Huge supply from USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Italy, Greece and Portugal (more than 100 Eps Av each). Nevertheless in the case of UK and USA, a considerable proportion are Eps recruited since 2013 and should either go in this summer or be eliminated from the system.  The LCs mentioned in Italy, UK and USA have a considerable amount of EPs Available (more than 30) and special attention in Matching and Country Partnership should be addressed to these entities. Also considering that the demand for Eps is in all the regions, these Eps should have a higher chance of Matching.
