This presentation brings forth a new way to look at knowledge assessment, by introducing the concept of a "knowledge field" to assess the knowledge of individuals and groups. The knowledge field is very similar to a "electromagnetic field". The idea is to give knowledge assessment a more accurate and reliable process, that will streamline innovation and learning simultaneously.
