2. I ventilatori F300 sono stati testati presso il laboratorio spagnolo
Applus ++ (LGAI Technological Center, S.A.) di Barcellona. La certifi-
cazione prevede il corretto funzionamento per un minimo di 2 ore ad una
temperatura, sia interna che esterna al ventilatore, di 300°C.
È previsto l’utilizzo dei ventilatori sia in condizioni normali di funziona-
mento che in situazioni di emergenza incendio (dual-purpose).
La gamma di ventilatori certificata è costruita con cassa lunga in lamie-
ra di acciaio verniciato o zincato, girante in pressofusione di alluminio
a profilo alare con diametro da 355 mm a 1400 mm. I motori saranno
corredati di cavi uscenti e collegati ad una morsettiera posta all’esterno
della cassa del ventilatore, grandezza minima motore 80.
Gli accessori certificati a corredo dei ventilatori sono: controflange aspi-
ranti e prementi, giunti antivibranti aspiranti e prementi, le reti di protezio-
ne, i boccagli BA di aspirazione, i piedi di sostegno orizzontali e verticali,
gli ammortizzatori antivibranti a molla.
I test di laboratorio hanno provato la versatilità dei nuovi F300 certifican-
do che questi ventilatori sono idonei a lavorare sia con asse orizzontale
che verticale (sia con motore verso il basso che verso l’alto), con flusso
d’aria A da motore a girante, B da girante a motore. E’ inoltre possibile
invertire il flusso per elaborarlo in entrambe le direzioni con lo stesso
prodotto (ventilatore reversibile).
I nuovi F300 sono forniti completi di motore a singola e doppia polarità
con grandezze da 80 a 200. E’ inoltre possibile scegliere tra due diverse
marche di motori i quali potranno essere alimentati con frequenza 50 e
60 Hz e controllati da convertitore di frequenza (inverter).
Se sarà installato il modello di inverter utilizzato durante le prove in labo-
ratorio l’alimentazione a mezzo inverter potrà continuare anche in caso
di incendio. Nel caso si utilizzi un diverso modello di inverter questo do-
vrà essere dotato di by-pass per alimentazione diretta del motore in caso
di incendio.

The F300 fans have been tested at the Spanish laboratory Applus ++
(LGAI Technological Center, S.A.) in Barcelona. The certification envi-
sions the correct functioning for a minimum of two hours at a temperature,
both internal and external, of 300°C at the fan.
Use of the fans is envisioned in normal functioning conditions and in emer-
gency fire situations (dual-purpose).
The range of certified fans is built with long case painted or galvanised car-
bon steel, airfoil impeller in pressure die-cast aluminium having diameter from
355 mm to 1400 mm. The motors will be equipped with outgoing cables and
connected to a terminal box positioned outside the fan case, motor minimum
size 80.
The certified accessories supplied with the fans are: inlet and outlet counterf-
langes, inlet and outlet anti-vibration joints, the protection nets, inlet cones BA,
the horizontal and vertical support feet, anti-vibration spring shock-absorbers.
The laboratory tests have proved the versatility of the new F300 certifying that
these fans are suitable to work with horizontal and vertical axles (with motor
facing upwards or downwards), with air flow A from motor to impeller, B from
impeller to motor. It is also possible to invert the flow in order to elaborate it in
both directions with the same product (reversible fan).
The new F300s are supplied complete with single or double polarity motor,
with sizes from 80 to 200. It is also possible to select between two different
motor directions, which can be powered with frequency of 50 and 60 Hz and
controlled by the frequency converter.
If the model of frequency converter used during the laboratory tests is installed,
the power supply can continue also in the case of fire. If a different frequency
converter model is used, this must be equipped with by-pass for direct power
supply to the motor in the case of fire.

Ancora maggiore sicurezza nella gamma di produzione Ferrari
Ventilatori S.p.A. con la nuova serie di ventilatori assiali EF
denominati F300 che va ad ampliare la linea di prodotti “Fire” definiti
dalla normativa EN12101-3 2002 come “powered smoke and heat
exhaust ventilators”.
I ventilatori “Fire” F300 sono idonei ad operare in situazioni di
emergenza al fuoco ed estrazione fumi nei sistemi di ventilazione
dei parcheggi per le auto, nelle gallerie, nei centri commerciali e
in tutti gli edifici pubblici o privati dove sia previsto un sistema di
sicurezza antincendio. I nostri ventilatori della serie Fire sono
realizzati in accordo con la normativa EN 12101-3 2002 e il processo
produttivo é soggetto alla valutazione annuale da parte dell’ente di
certificazione al fine di assicurare la rispondenza dei prodotti alle
norme di riferimento.

Even more safety in the Ferrari Ventilatori S.p.A. production range
with the new series of EF axial fans called F300, which extends the
“Fire” products line, defined by the EN12101-3 2002 Standard as
“powered smoke and heat exhaust ventilators”.
The “Fire” F300 fans are suitable to operate in emergency fire
situation and for the extraction of fumes in the ventilations systems
in car parks, in tunnels, in shopping centres and all public and private
buildings where a fire-prevention safety system is envisioned. Our
fans in the Fire system are realised in compliance with the EN
12101-3 2002 Standard and the production system is subject to
the yearly evaluation by the certified body in order to censure the
product responds to the reference Standards.
