We have menus available for groups, which include incoming, first plate, drink and dessert. We can
offer a variety of possibilities and if some people need a special menu for vegetarians or any allergic,
there is no problem, we can arrange a menu for them. Also in the hostels, groups who don't know in
advance if they need catering can join to the nights of barbecue and paella nights that organize our
staff. To destinations such as Valencia and Seville we also organize these special events but for group’s

How to Book
We welcome all kinds of groups in our hostels in Barcelona, Granada, Madrid, Seville and
Valencia. We advise you to make your group reservation in advance to properly set up
the list of rooms and services. If you are travelling with less than 10 people you can book
online at our website. www.feetuphostels.com.

If you are travelling with more than 10 people, please fill out the following form. Once we
receive your request, we will respond within a maximum of 24 hours. Our groups
Department will process your needs according to availability and the dates of his arrival.
For more information, complete all sections - you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: 30% to be paid at the confirmation, the rest one month before arrival.

2. Modifications: Modifications requests need to be done through email.
Modifications are always under availability. They are free of charge until one
month previous to the check in date. After that date 30% is not refundable and
modifications will be subject to new prices and conditions. Feetup Hostels
reserves the right to charge an extra cost to the group if group booking looses
value after the amendment.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations request must be done through email. Cancellations
are allowed with no charge until one month previous to the check-in date. After
that time, there will be no refund of the money paid.

4. Prices of this option are available until the date we write you at the budget. They
may change if no interest in the booking is shown within the next week.
Booking will not be confirmed until the 30% is transferred.

5. If the transfer is made, please confirm sending an email to
groups@feetuphostels.com enclosing the proof of payment and a signed copy
of this document accepting terms and conditions.

6. The leader has to be at hostel and assure the good behavior fo the group.
Feetup hostels have the right to cancel or reduce the stay if this behavior hurts
the other guest.

7. The group will be asked for a 10€ per person as a deposit, this will be refund at
the end of the stay if there not has been any problem.

8. Please also note that for arrivals from 1st November 2012 there will be a €0.75
city tax per person per night, which is not included in the price. People under 17
