5. How to Cook Steel Cut Oats
• 3 cups boiling water
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
• Cook covered for 10 – 20 minutes (depending on preferred level of
chewiness)
• Stir in toppings and serve
• Berries and fruit (blueberries are amazing)
• Nuts (walnuts, pecans)
• Milk or Yogurt
• Honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup
