STRAWBERRIES CHEESE TARTA RECEIPT
Ingredient: One package of Maria cookies One panelita of butterOne cream  cheeseOne can of condensed milkSix eggsA pinch of vanillaA small box of strawberry jellyAnd a half natural strawberries cut in pieces PREPARATION : Crush the cookies  and add the  melted butter and do the shell with them, then blend the ingredients, put them  inside the shell and  take it inside the oven for half an hour. Let it cool. Do a strawberry jelly like the box indicates, put strawberries around the cake cut in pieces wet it  with the  jelly and take  it   in the refrigerator.  It is going to like you.
CHOCOLATE CUSTARD RECEIPT
INGREDIENTS: One can of evaporated milkOne can of condensed milkSix eggsOne can of liquid chocolate SugarWater for caramel PREPARATION : Mix all the ingredients and beat them in the blender.In a mold do the Carmel, when it is ready spill the previous preparation and put inside the oven to double boiler during fifty minutes  or until it is solid.
TIRAMISU RECEIPT
INGREDIENTS: One terrina of mascarpone cheeseThree eggsThree spoonfuls of sugarOne package of vanillaCoffee, liquor or juice to wetPowdered  chocolateSugar PREPARATION: Wet the vanilla in the coffee with a little drop of  liquor or juice and put them in the bottom in a plain and deep mold.Beat the cheese,  the three eggs yolks and sugar with  the beater.Beat to stiff the three egg yolks.Join  with care the egg yolks and the cheese cream, spread it on the hard biscuits, then put  another covering of hard wet biscuits, on  another cream and you finish with another  layer of hard biscuits.When you finish spread  with chocolate and let it cool.
CHOCOLINA RECEIPT
Ingredients: 750 grams of chocolinas cookies500 grams of sweet milk500 grams of milk cream PREPARATION: Wet the cookies in coffee but not for a long time in this way they don’t break and then put a cover of these in a platter.In a bowl aside mix  the sweet with the cream until  it becomes an homogeneous mixture and pour it on  the cookies.Realize this operation until completing the covers you wants. Decorate with grated coconut.
BROWNIES  RECEIPT
ingredients : 250 grams of butterOne cup of powdered chocolateOne cup of sugar One cup of wheat flourFour eggsOne spoonful of vanilla essenceOne spoonful of  baking powder  preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 350 grades.Mix all the ingredients with the beater until it is an homogeneous mixture.(Taste it)In a refractory mold with butter for the brownies do not stick.Pour  the mixture to the refractory and put it  inside the oven for fifteen minutes.(Spill with the knife to see, if it is dirty it is not  ready   but if it is clean the brownies are ready)Let it cool and cut them to eat.
PANCAKES  RECEIPT
Ingredients: Six eggsFive cps of wheat flour  with  baking powderOne liter of  white milkFive spoonsfuls  of sugar   Preparation: Beat the six eggs and then add  them  the milk and flour with  the baking powder and the five spoonfuls  of sugar and beat all in a bowl.
SPONGY LEMON RECEIPT
Ingredients: Three  eggs150 grams of sugarOne small spoonful  of vanilla essenceTwo squeezed lemons Lemon grate120 grams of butter to atmosphere temperature300 grams of milk creamSauce  coulis300 grams of small ripe fruits 50 grams of sugarSix small fruits to decorateSix round lemon slices to decorate Preparation: Break the eggs, put the sugar, the essence,  the juice and the  lemon grates and beat them  well until  it becomes an homogeneous mixture. Put it  in a saucepan. Then, add the cut butter in pieces. Take it   on low fire and let  it cook, revolving continue until the  mixture is thick, but don’t let  it boil.Take it  away  from  the burner and let it cool to atmosphere temperature.beat the cream to medium point,  until it is thick but not too much.When the  mixture is cool , add milk cream, making wrapping movements, upward and downwards with the spatula.Then putit  in cups, and let it cool for three hours.To make the sauce, blend the small fruits with sugar and put them  on a medium fire during five minutes.
COCONUT CUSTARD RECEIPT
Ingredients : 1 small jar of condensed milk of 250 grams100 grams of granted coconut1 small jar of water the same to the milkThree eggsGrated lemon shell Preparation : Mix the milk with the egg yolks, lemon and the coconut, after add water and the beated white of eggs at the end.Put the mixture in a mold for custard with a little of carmeled sugar and put it to cook to Maria bathe. Let cool and unmold
 THREE MILK SWEET RECEIPT
 Ingredients : 1 can of condensed milk1 can of evaporated milk1 can of milk cream Preparation : Put all the ingredients inside the blender and blend very well. Put all in a mold and let it in the refrigerator from one day to another.
 NUT SABAYON RECEIPT
Ingredients : Six eggs yolkSix spoons of grinded sugarFive spoons of Oporto wineOne spoon of waterGrinded nuts Preparation : Beat the eggs yolk and the sugar until it is a spongy preparation.Add wine and water. Cook in Maria bathe over slow fire revolving constantly with a wire beater until it is very spongy.Do not permit it boils.Take away, continue beating and distribute in a big cups.Serve warm sprinkle with the nuts.
