people are looking for in a Canadian retirement community.
The top critera evaluated are listed below, and form part of the overall selection criteria:

The study evaluated Canada from west to east, and offered the top 10 Canadian locations to retire:
all on a limited budget.
When considering a budget, these are locations that can be lived in for under $2,500 monthly after
tax income. We assume that included in this overall cost, is a $700-800 payment per month in rent
(or service costs on a house).
A low budget Canadian residence often allows people the freedom to travel to southern or tropical
destinations during the winter months.
