3. Facial Exercises to Remove Wrinkles from the
Forehead
 Do this at least once a day
 Sit in front of a mirror so you have a clear view of
the front of your face and forehead.

inch from the beginning of your eyebrows.

along your temples, cheekbones and finally landing
at the chin.
 Continue the circular motions the entire time your
hands are moving about the face.
 Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times per day.
