7.  The BT/BLE feature will be supported on the following platforms:

 AP8132 will continue to support BT WIPS Sensor functionality via external BT dongle, same as pre-
5.8.4, configuration change required.

8.  Status LED (Blue LED) – when the BT/BLE radio is operating in any mode, turn the
blue LED solid on, otherwise turn it off
 Either ADSP BT Sensing OR BLE Beaconing at a time
 The 2 modes cannot run simultaneously on the same AP.
 The power of BLE beaconing is fixed at 9 dBm
 The firmware of the BT/BLE chip is upgraded alongside with WiNG.

9.  The BT sensor scans the environment for other BT devices
 It records details like MAC address, RSSI, device class, friendly name
 The details are reported to ADSP periodically
 The ADSP server uses the information to monitor the presence of Bluetooth devices
 The ADSP server can raise an alarm based on the device behavior

10.  Send BLE advertisement packets periodically
 The packets are sent on advertising channels
 iBeacon and Eddystone beacon modes are supported in 5.8.4
 Part of the packets are customizable.
 Other devices listen to the packets and can use them for intended applications. Eg.
Locationing, IoT, Presence detection
 This feature is only support on AP8533 and AP8432
