Hand Carry Bags:
- Protects the shipments against weather damage
- Helps reducing the amount of excess luggage for
big shipments

TRACKING
Clients are being updated on every milestone of hand carry and NFO shipments by email.
For example for a hand carry shipment we will update on the following milestones:
•Pick up
•Export Clearance (when required)
•Check-in (tag # and excess luggage paid (if any))
•Shipment confirmed loaded on the plane by gate dispatcher
and courier on board
•Courier arrived at transit airport
•Courier boarding for next flight, shipment confirmed loaded
on the plane by gate dispatcher
•Courier arrived at destination
•Courier has retrieved shipment and proceeds to customs
•Shipment has been customs clear and is out for delivery

Import & Export Required Paperwork:

• Letter of Explanation (brief explanation of reason for
urgent hand carry, addressed To Whom it May Concern)
If the shipment requires Quarantine/Inspection, then
the shipper also need to provide:
• Letter of Inspection Entrustment (with stamp)
• Commodity Inspection & Quarantine Certificate (with
stamp)
• Purchase Order/Contract (with both side stamp)
