What we would need from you as our test partner:

• Provide the equipment, such as computers and internet connectivity, in its clinic centers as would be
needed to effectively use the System;

• Perform data migration or population of data to be used by the System;
• Provide staff that will assist Exist in the maintenance of the equipment, training of personnel and
operations support;

• Perform commercial off-the-shelf integration, with the guidance and support of Exist, when needed;
• Participate and collaborate with Exist's development team during the requirements gathering,
systems analysis, design, development and testing of the System.
