How to Engage Teen Students in Writing Using Writeboard

  1. EMMA Who we are and what our interests are. Emma ICT coordinator, interested in teacher training of ICT in the classroom, exploitation of new software/hardware. I am always looking for new ways to encourage teachers to build confidence in ICT without freaking them out with the more tecchie side of things. I am currently using Writeboard with students as young as 10 and having really good results. Caroline is Senior Teacher Secondary and is interested in Writeboard as a way of encouraging teenagers in particular to participate and enjoy writing more. She is involve din teacher training of secondary teachers and is currently using Writebaord successfully with Singaporean teenagers and international students in their late teens/ early 20s. She has been using it for the past 2 years.
