1. I arrived to Preveza!

2. When I got out I was very happy

3. I am visiting a small town in Greece

4. It is in the mainland

5. But it is built by the sea

6. Preveza is built near the ancient
city of Nicopolis

7. Nicopolis was built by Octavius,a
Roman emperor
to celebrate his victory

8. Octavius was the winner of the
naval battle of Actium

9. The battle was between Octavius
and Marc Antony who had by his
side Cleopatra the Egyptian queen

10. But the beautiful Egyptian queen
and Marc Antony lost

11. Preveza is built opposite Actium

12. There is a nice waterside

13. There is a castle ,but not very big .

14. I like the center of the city

15. But I like most eating ice creams in
the charming cafes

16. There are also greek tavernas,
traditional restaurants

17. I like greek dishes a lot!

18. The most popural is gyros

19. But most of all I like the beautiful
beach!

20. The water is clear

21. Near Preveza there are many
islands as Corfu and Lefcada

22. They have amazing beaches

23. There are nice hotels

24. I have learned my first greek words
