to create an account in
Onstream.

Let’s choose the ‘Free
Trial’ version

Choose the type of
conference

Enter your First Name

Enter your Last Name

Enter your Company

Enter your title

Enter your phone number

Enter your user name

Enter your email address

Enter your password

Confirm it

Submit it by clicking this
button

You will receive this message
and an email about your
registration
Email

Scheduling a Webinar

Go to this page
https://join.onstreammedi
a.com
- this has been sent to your
email

Enter your username

Hit Login

Your dashboard. Click New
Meeting to schedule new meeting

Enter your Topic (required
field)

Enter Date/Time (required
field)

You may create your
Password

or click Generate to auto
create it

Enter duration of the
meeting (required field)

Change Timezone if
necessary

You’ll be directed to this
view.

Scroll down to select
correct timezone

Click Update once done

You may enter URL to invite
others to your meeting

Check Invite Participants

Fill up name details

Select the role of your
invitee then hit Add

User will appear in the
appropriate column

You may click Advanced
Options to add description or
agenda for your meeting

Fill up description here

Enter the agenda

You may use different
options for your description
and agenda

Click Add to Schedule

You may send email
invitation to your
participants

Hit Save button
afterwards

You will now have
schedule of your webinar

When you enter a session
the first time, this is what
you will see...

Sharing of content

Participants

Inviting Participant Inside
the Live Session

Invite more attendees by
hitting this button

Copy the link and password
and give it to your attendee

Or simply send an email to
your attendee

When your invited participant
has joined, you will see his name

Your Camera and
Microphone

To start broadcasting, click the
Camera and Microphone buttons

or Start my Video & Audio

Your video appears in the
video conference synclet

At the end of your webinar,
click this button to stop
broadcasting

Recording

Everything in a session can
be recorded. Click this icon

Enter recording name

Hit OK and the recording
will start

When you want to end the
recording, click again this
icon

You can download your
recording here. Click this to
start downloading

File Sharing

During webinar, you can share
your files by going to Media
Library
here

Or at the Content Sharing
synclet under My Documents

If empty, click + sign to add
file

Choose Add from My
Computer

Look for the file you want
to add

Click Open

Some files need to be
converted first before you
open it, click this button

A green checkmark
appears when the file is
ready

Drag and drop the file to
the Shared Files

Shared files can be
downloaded by
other users in the
session

Double click the file to
open it for everyone to see

You may also share file
from the web

...from Vimeo Video and Flickr
Photo as well

Screen Sharing

Click Screen Share at the top or at
the Content Sharing synclet

For first time user, choose
‘Install Screen Share
Plugin’

Once done, choose ‘I have
Installed it Already’

Select what type of screen
to share to your audience

For Entire Desktop, wait to
finish initializing screen
sharing

When done, this message
shows. Your screen is being
viewed by your audience

To end screen sharing, click
Stop

For sharing Computer
Program, check what program

Then click Start Sharing

For sharing Selected Window,
check what window

Whiteboard Sharing

Click Whiteboard at the Content
Sharing synclet

Then Start Whiteboard

Start collaborating and teaching
using the drawing tools.

Your tools, hover over the buttons
to see their functions

Shape, text and lines can be
placed on the whiteboard area

When you select a shape, drag
handles appear. Use it to resize,
move and rotate the shape.

Note Sharing

When you use Shared
Notes, everyone can see
its content.

Go to Workspace

Then Notes

Any audience with
permission can type notes
here

Poll Synclet

Keep your audience engaged
with live polls. Go to
Workspace

Then Poll

Click New

Enter a question to ask the
group

Check to allow multiple
answer

Enter the answer one per
line

Your audience can choose
their answer

Check to show result to the
entire group

Click to see the detailed
view of votes

Click to create question
again

Click Finish to end the poll

Question and
Answer Synclet

Your audience may ask you a
question. Go to Workspace

Then Q & A

Select the question

Enter your answer here

You have the option to send
to user or to send to all

Chat Synclet

Another great way to
communicate. To start, select
recipient

Enter your message here

You may change the color
of your text

Then hit ENTER

Go and start using
this app to experience
