STRATEGIES/ ACTIVITIES
1. The activities are congruent to the objective of the
project.
2. Outputs were validated by a Master Teacher or an
Education Program Supervisor in Science
3. Crafting the Teacher-made module is done by key
teachers in science
4. Revision and finalization is done by a science
teacher
5. Orientation of pupils and teachers in the utilization
of the Teacher-made module was conducted.
RESOURCES
A. Persons/Human Involved
1. Persons involved are the members of CI Team
2. Focal persons were designated and ready for
coordination
3. Facilitators of the training workshop have sufficient
knowledge on the administration of the Teacher-
Made Module
4. Show enthusiasm in spite of overlapping activities
5. Have knowledge on how to conduct research
6. All participants are present in every meeting
6. Participants were given recognition
B. Materials
1. Materials listed in the plan are adequate.
2. Used contingency plan to cope with the absence of
electricity
3. Appropriate materials for the activity
4. Materials were well retrieved after the activity for
future use.
5. Printed materials are readable and clear.
C. Financial Resources
1. Sufficient funds for the materials
2. All purchases have complete documents for formal
auditing.
3. Food expenses are included in the expenditures
out of the grant.

The activities are congruent to the objective of the project. 2. Outputs were validated by a Master Teacher or an Education Program Supervisor in Science 3. Crafting the Teacher-made module is done by key teachers in science 4. Revision and finalization is done by a science teacher 5. Orientation of pupils and teachers in the utilization of the Teacher-made module was conducted. RESOURCES A. Persons/Human Involved 1. Persons involved are the members of CI Team 2. Focal persons were designated and ready for coordination 3. Facilitators of the training workshop have sufficient knowledge on the administration of the Teacher- Made Module 4. Show enthusiasm in spite of overlapping activities 5. Have knowledge on how to conduct research 6. All participants are present in every meeting 6. Participants were given recognition B. Materials 1. Materials listed in the plan are adequate. 2. Used contingency plan to cope with the absence of electricity 3. Appropriate materials for the activity 4. Materials were well retrieved after the activity for future use. 5. Printed materials are readable and clear. C. Financial Resources 1. Sufficient funds for the materials 2. All purchases have complete documents for formal auditing. 3. Food expenses are included in the expenditures out of the grant.
