Mrs. Ayça Yazıcıoglu
Founder, Director
The founder of the company, Mrs. Ayça Yazıcıoglu, has been the Human Resources Director of
CITIBANK, Turkey between 1976 and 1988. Her career with Citibank continued until 1992
with CIBS (Center for International Banking Studies). During the following 4 years she was the
Managing Director of INTERCON, a subsidiary of Interbank specialized in executive training
and cosultancy. After more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Mrs.
Yazıcıoğlu started her own consultancy business with ID Consultancy & Training in 1996.
Mrs. Didem Emon
Co-Director
Mrs. Emon is a graduate of Bosphorus University (B.A. in Economics), worked as an
Economic Specialist in the US Consul General in Istanbul for a year. After several
years of banking experience specialized in investment banking and capital markets,
she joined ID as the Co-Director and partner in 1996.
