I am a full-time professor at the University of Veracruz. A great part of my professional life has taken place in the public sector, mainly in the research and teaching domains. In teaching terms I have taught courses and seminars at bachelor and postgraduate levels in areas such as: teacher’s education, evaluation, research methodology and epistemology, the use of ICT, globalization, education reform and policies in Higher Education, evaluation of public policies and discourse analysis.
